Giant Eagle review: Staff targeting and harassing me

I purchase coffee two to three times a day from GetGo. I am charged something different depending on who's working. There are two females who are on duty right now today's date is July 6th 2023 it is 5:56 in the evening so I'm sure you can narrow it down to who was on in that particular store.

Losing my business is a big deal considering the fact that not only do I buy two to three coffees a day there I also buy a pack of cigarettes a day there and multiple miscellaneous things. These two particular women are constantly changing my price for my cold coffee, and hassling me about the type of cup I put it. Why would I put cold coffee in a warm coffee cup that makes no sense. It's ridiculous because a cup of coffee cost you a a few cents! You are already raping people for a cup of coffee. Now I think it's ridiculous that your Nitro coffee is $5 a cup. It's good. But not that good! So I started making my own cold coffee out of the regular dispenser and I've been getting harassed for the past 3 weeks ever since I started coming here by these two particular women. One tried to charge me $8! I have literally cost you guys more money dumping coffee out than I have paying money for the coffee that I do get. So today I got angry and said something and now this woman says that I am not allowed to go in there anymore! I would rather shop at 7-Eleven anyway, it's less than $2 for any size! Considering you pride yourself on customer service these aren't the type of people you want working for you. I've watched them let people walk out with free pops, free coffees, but for some reason they are on me every time I go in there. They are targeting me and I expect a resolution from you. My husband has worked for you for over 25 years and I've been shopping with you over 25 years and I have never been so disgusted by your employees behavior! Now like I said it's only these two women that do it to me.
