Giant Eagle review: Curbside

When entering the parking lot I got a text that I didn't need to check in that someone would be out to my car but I proceeded to check in anyways. The curbside pick up was full of cars about 7 cars waiting and only one worker. I waited a good 30 mins and some people who got to the parking lot before me were getting their orders first. I then called into the store to say I've been waiting a good 30 mins and that about 6 cars were waiting as well and that only one worker had to do all the orders I said not only am I waiting it's also not fair to that one worker who has to do all the work. The lady on the phone said she couldn't do anything that she had 3 call offs the lady one the phone was also nasty. She did say the worker would be rewarded I said that's good but also I'm a customer that has been waiting for 30 mins she said she could do nothing for me. So when the worker brought my order to my vehicle I had waited a total of 40 mins. I understand waiting at least 10 mins but when they said my order is ready I shouldn't have to wait 40mins.
