6/7/2025 UPDATE: So, it's been one week since I started receiving emails from this company since they data scraped my name/email address. I've clicked on unsubscribe on each of the 10 emails I've received. Yesterday I noticed they removed my name ONLY from the emails, but still continue. Just got another one today. Come on, someone has to know how to get these aholes to stop OR respond with who I can complaint to next. THIS HAS GOT TO STOP! I'll keep updating as they continue. 🤬

6/6/25 UPDATE: In response to GetYourGuide's response. How can I send you ALL the emails you've sent me, AFTER CLICKING ON UNSUBSCRIBE, proving that I don't have an have an account yet I STILL CONTINUE TO BE EMAILED DAILY SOMETIMES TWICE PER DAY? I have sent MULTIPLE requests to DO NOT CONTACT me to EVERY email I could find on your Privacy Policy page only to be sent generic emails saying I don't have an account. OF COURSE I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT! Again, you have obtained my name and email address WITHOUT my PERMISSION/AUTHORIZATION and are inundating me with daily emails. You don't even have a phone number to call to get resolution. Shady business practice!

ORIGINAL POST: These a-holes have somehow gotten my email address and won't stop sending me emails, despite clicking on the Unsubscribe link. There is no customer service, there is no phone number, and the only way you can utilize their contact us form on the website is to provide a code. WTF?! Marking as Gmail spam and phishing doesn't prevent the emails from coming through. I've filed a complaint with the FTC and BAFA, but not sure if that will stop them. HELP!

Desired outcome: To get them to remove my email address since clicking UNSUBSCRIBE on the 10+ emails doesn't stop them from continually inundating my in-box with UNAUTHORIZED solicitations I NEVER signed up for!!!!!
