Booked a tour in Rome, Italy. thru Get Your Guide Morning of tour, operator sends text message changing time and location of tour, which conflicts with other activities we had scheduled. Replied to text informing operator we could not accept changes, and therefor required a refund. Operator balked so we contacted Get Your Guide. They accepted our request, and sent a refund to our credit card. five days later, they reclaimed teh refund from our credit card, claiming the operator opposed the refund, and without having any further communication with us. when called by me, they refused my request to have the name, address and contact information of the operator.
Bottom line, Get Your Guide does not support their customers.
Recommendation: Find another tour company.
