Purchased dryer in October 2022. Delivered in November 2022 and warranty expires on November 8th 2023. During this time we have had three service calls. One in November 2022, one in July 2023 and one in November 2023. For the third call we called on November 6th 2023 could not get an appointment till November 16th, but were told our warranty would still be valid because we called on November 6th and because it is for the same issue for for service call number two (no heat issue). Third call appointment was cancelled by service department and re-scheduled to November 27th. Tech never came and i called GE and requested that they get someone out there the next day. They did.Tech came and said he needed to order part and part wont be in untill December 11, install on December 12th. I spoke to GE customer resolution specialist on November 28th asking, then if they could expedite the part.Well that did not go well. After she said I was talking over her that she would not be able to help me. I then told her she was talking over me. I was also informed that the Serial number I gave her was incorrect. I explained it was the number that was on the service ticket that GE rapair service receipt. She informed me that it had to be us that give the incorrect information. Humm. Also was informed that the dryer was not under warranty

humm sure was. Then informed it would take 4days to see if the part could be expedited and someone would let me know. Waiting with no dryer...

Desired outcome: Expedite the part, no expedite two of the same part because it has failed twice. It would be good to have one on hand for next time. Another option, replace dryer so that we do not have to go through this again.

We're extremely sorry to hear of the frustration. Unfortunately, the process of getting parts to a servicer takes time.

Please let us know if the process gets further delayed.
