GEICO review: racial discrimination and false pretenses by investigator brian

On December 7th 2018 at approximately 1:30 to 2:30 PMI was approached by Brian from Geico who simply stated I am Brian for Geico being that I have put in the claim I was told that they would send out an insurance adjuster to check out mr. Renaldo Martinez vehicle mister raynaldo and Brian approach me Brian stated he was Brian from GEICO and could he asked me some questions to get this situation clear.
Still believe in that Brian was an adjuster to check out mr. Martinez vehicle he asked me did I have a photo of the vehicle I submitted the photo and text it to him via his text message on his phone. He then asked me can he record her statement as to what happened I obliged him and reported a statement as to what happened once the statement was completed Brian ended the recording.
Let me state that wants Brian saw me he paused and he did not smile or say hello when I said hello to him he was immediately biased immediately after the recording Bryan words to me war as this. As follows:

"Priscilla now I'm going to give you a chance to come clean either you were driving this vehicle and hit this car and got insurance after you hit the vehicle and file the claim and I'm going to give you the chance to come clean before I have to contact the authorities right now so if you hit this vehicle and got insurance later you got one chance to tell me because if I find out later that this is the situation then I'm going to go to the authorities and prosecute you."

At that point stunned myself and mr. Martinez in disbelief I asked Brian are you an adjuster or in an investigator he then stated I'm an investigator for Geico investigating you for insurance fraud because two separate dates for giving I advise Brian that he should have made that known to me when he approached me not under the false pretenses that he was a insurance adjuster and to please leave my business location now.
At that point he still said he's giving me a chance to come clean and he's going to watch the video tape I told him that I advised him to watch the video tape and do that on the way out of my business location I then asked him what for his card and he advised me that he used to be a police officer and again he was giving me a chance to come clean as if I was going to confess to some insurance fraud scam this is to put you on notice that I intend to follow up with legal action against Brian for racial discrimination and harassment because he immediately thought that I was scamming their insurance company and immediately neglected to identify himself properly before questioning or should I say interrogating me.
