I purchased a GE 30 inch electric range Model GRF40HSVSS in November of 2024. It is now December of 2025 and here is what has broken so far; The glass cooktop has cracked and needed to be replaced. One of the heating elements in the oven stopped working and need to be replaced. Now there surface control switch to control a burner is burnt out. The switch is out of stock, my guess is that many others have already had to make the same replacement. When working with customer service, they have stop replying to messages to resolve the issue. DO NOT BUY GE! The products and service are trash.

Recommendation: Steer clear of GE appliances!
