They destroyed my yard when they ran the fiber. For 3 months I have been complaining about the damage. They only respond with a canned response about a claim has been filed. I finally had to pay someone to come out and fixed the sprinklers that they drove over in the middle of my yard. There is also a big ditch running through the middle of my yard where they filled in a couple of feet of rock and a couple of inches of soil. The soil ran between the rocks they piled in the trench. I will have to dig all the rock they put in the trench and buy dirt to repair the yard. Terrible people terrible workmanship and terrible customer support!
Recommendation: Avoid this company at all costs.

Ya im still waiting for them to come back and bury our line that was strung across the entire west side of our property... that was almost 20 days ago now. I contacted support and made a ticket through their app and received a generic response back confirming that the ticket was opened up. No body has still done anything on the ticket, no responses back from them at all.
