I purchase 2 sofas, a chair and 2 ottomans almost 2 years ago. This has been a nightmare from the date of delivery. This was suppose to be a high end set and the only thing high end was the cost. I bought the extended warranty, stain protection as well. This set has been a total disappointment. The cushions are literally useless. It's as if there are no cushions there. The wear and tear should be minimal because there are no small children in the house and I work 10 hours a day so how much wear and tear could come from that? I did contact the company and a serviceman came out. He said it wasn't suppose to look or sit like that and he took pictures. He said I would be contacted by the claims department and that never happened. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves to sell such garbage, lie and take money like that for nothing. I am furious that I can't entertain or watch tv in my media room because no one can sit in such discomfort and struggle to get up because of the flimsy cushions on the sofas. I feel if you honor and back your merchandise, the best way to make this right is to replace the set or give me a credit toward something else in your store. I don't expect a refund, even though I deserve one. I need to take a few minutes and think about if this were you and how would you feel?
Lastly, it is sad to know that this will not be a place that I would consider when I decide to purchase furniture again and because I have such compassion, I will tell and share with family members, friends and everyone that I know and don't know of this horrific experience and not to shop for nothing at your stores. This is false advertisement and misleading customers which is wrong. So, do the right thing.
