Gap Recent Order - "Softspun Joggers" Order # #1CTQN8B

I received these "joggers" yesterday, the 24th - they were a Christmas present for family member, but I'm too embarrassed to actually give them to the person I bought them for. These are the cheapest joggers I have ever seen. They feel like a cheap dishrag. Definitely NOT worth even the sale price. These are terrible. Really disappointed in this product - misleading description and just extremely poor quality.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund, and better quality from you guys.

Gap Return Policy

I ordered a bunch of clothes for my daughter online. I was not sure what size to get so I ordered a variety of sizes and figured, I could return what did not work. I went to mail back the items, but after I talked to rep on phone, he informed me the 30 day window had expired and it begins once the item is shipped. I didn't realize this, and thought it was from when it was delivered (I still had 2 more days). This was my mistake so I told him, I would just make the 30 minute drive and take it back to the store. He said I couldn't do that either that I had 30 days to return with the store too! I couldn't believe this! Being a single working mom, 30 days isn't a realistic return time! I even asked if I could get store credit or exchange the items for a size that would work and he said NO and that they can't do anything for me. So now I am stuck with 5 brand new items and basically just threw money away! I will not be shopping here anymore and am also going to warn my friends and family! I am very disappointed!

Desired outcome: I would like to be able to return items, especially since I just missed the 30 day window.

Gap Manager Aaron groped child

On march 23,2022 manager at Gap Factory outlet in Eagan, MN sexually touched a customer who is a minor shopping with her friends. Manager name Aaron follows girl around store then walks behind her and reached out for het breasts and squeezed. The girl screamed out loud "help, I'm being harassed" Aaron walks to backroom and hides. The girls asked to speak to manager not knowing she was just groped by the manager himself. Nobody could locate Aaron and the girl left store as we employees gave her Aarons name and helped this minor file a sexual harassment report against manager Aaron and Gap Factory!

This was upsetting, and disturbing to know that Aaron is perverted enough to grope a child. Manager Aaron is sick molester and he proved it that day! We all employees know what kind of monster gap factory manager Aaron is!

Gap Gap’s collaboration with Kanye West

"I want to know if Gap has any plans to end their collaboration with Kanye West. His constant barrage of IG posts about his wife and her boyfriend are abuse if I have ever seen it. Daily berating Instagram posts about Kim's parenting and comments about her family are exhausting. Not to mention his racist tirade against Trevor Noah. Nobody else would be able to get away with this. I would think that Gap would not want to be associated with racism and domestic abuse. I will have to reconsider my ** year relationship with one of my favorite fashion brands if you continue to "support" West. Please don't disappoint me and my family."

Gap Zero tolerance rule not implied for managers who constantly violate rules

Gap has NOT resolved ANY of their complaints, they make you believe this! The store still has racist supervisors who encourage employees to use hate speech and not be terminated nor be in any trouble. This store still has managers and employees flirting without cares, managers using sexual dialog towards younger employees! This store still has supervisors who use racist slurs and receive paid time off for being racist, they return and continue their use of strong slurs at employees and customers as HR and managers are apart of this as well and nobody cares! None of these violations from these white managers and supervisors have been terminated even after talks with HR and after YEARS of continuous racism and sexual harassment FROM same managers and supervisorss! No terminations. I work here years to witness and speak with HR to understand white privileges and how sick companies like GAP practice this and not terminate managers who VIOLATE code of conduct, Zero tolerance rules and guidelines provided to every employee including managers and supervisors! Gap Return of products with gift receipt that I purchased that will not be refunded and was put on a gift card

I bought something for my niece to send to Florida. It did not fit so I sent here money instead. Once I received the items back I went to the same store location I had originally purchased the products to return them with tags on and gift receipt as it was a gift for my niece. the value was much less then I paid however I understand that, however I do not understand why I am forced to gry a gift for the decreased value. I am out of work due to the pandemic and do not need t o buy anything from your store. I obviously did not have any intention of returning the product.

If you could find it in your heart to provide me with a refund to my account it would go a long way.

Desired outcome: I would just like to return the gift card with a balance of 36.73 CAD for a refund into my account so I can eat. Please and thank you.

Gap Managers threatened to kill employee

Manager and stock lead Jessie as threatened to kill a minority employee. Reported this to HR and they told manager to terminate employee without reason and keep and not discipline manager of Jessie stock lead for her constant death threats focused on killing minority employees. Gap Rude customer service

Ryan Carins manager in Eagan, MN Twin Cities outlet 55122 has been hiring teen girls ages 16 mostly has been touching and making sexual advances towards his employees. He has said he "likes young girls to be around and fondle" he told his assistant manager Caitlyn Sundwell as proof of evidence plus multiple complaints and reported incidents and plenty of witnesses to testify and employees here are aware of Ryan Carins sexual harassment and attempts of groping these young teen minor employees he hires. HR Patty is aware and refuses to do anything because "protecting company image is top priority and main concern" and told an employee "does not matter if an employee is sexually harassed and touched by a married man with kids, little girls should woman up..." This is proof of PATTY FROM HR told us and Caitlyn boldly. Truth be told and this is what goes on here as nobody gives a sqirt of piss if employee gets raped by manager or sexually groped or when Ryan makes sexual comments. HR proves they do not care for have time to solve allegations of serious consequences that to ignored daily at this store in [protected]! Gap Customer service

11/17/21- called to activate new card as it didn't work on line. I spoke to Stella who said I had an outstanding balance - which I was not aware of as I have not received any notification. I have been a GAP card holder since 2006 - never missed a payment and if I did, I was completely unaware as I have not shopped lately. In any case, I told her she could email me the bill so I could pay right away - she said it was mostly late fees and I could pay that now and then she could send me a bill and activate my card. I told her I did not want to pay late fees as I was completely unaware I owed anything and IF I did and apparently since August, I would of expected notification. NO. So I said fine send me the bill and I will terminate my card. She said sure. YOU WOULD THINK she would try and keep my business considering I have been an on time, loyal customer. Does Gap not care? Gap More sexual harassment and racism by gap factory managers eagan, mn

Gap factory manager Aaron tells employees "gap IS supported by KKK, having no need to hire minorities..." As he continues to behave in racist fashion. He has terminated minorities without reason, used racial slurs towards African americans, Aaron protects keyholders (supervisors) who use racial slurs. Aaron has gone far as sexually harassing teen girls by flirting, touching and making sexual comments as HR approves of this sick disgusting method of manabement. Aaron hid spy camera inside ladies bathroom and admitted to this as nothing happened to him, multiple reports filed, he is still manager as he confirms he is "protected by HR and corperate" so he has infinite job security the same goes for his all white staff, the managers and bodybuilders could NEVER be terminated for any reason because "gap protects their white friends" and is capable of misleading consumers as they practice daily. It is gap policy to terminate minorities without reason and to sexually harass victimize have sexual relations with employees, including teen girls. This is what Aaron has telling us and stands by this disturbing rule of policy gap has included in management training. Hire teen girls to have sex with and force sexual conversions and sexting and hook ups, terminate all minorities for any reason, use death threats at minorities and use strong racial slurs as verbal abuse is strongly recommended by Aaron and every other manager/keyholder to participate in sexual harassment and disgusting racist behavior implied by Gaps policy rule designed for WHITE employees and managers only. Gap Rapist manager called employee n word then terminate employee for being minority

Eagan, mn 55122 store number 2564 manager aaron called employee n word then keyholders jana and jessie used racist death threats at african american emplyees. Employee reported this to aaron (manager) who terminated that employee the victim for safety concerns. Aaron called that employee n word as he protects jessie and jana saying "n word do not deserve to work here" hr hand and there's a support them (jana, jessie, lea, aaron,) protecting racism and lying to consumers when questioned! Their are honest good workers here who quit due to this as they see strong hatred here in this store! Managers using nword and encouraging hate speech as jessie and jana are doing leaders in encouraging other co-workers to use racist slurs as nothing will ever happen to them as being protected by kkk known as hr corperate! This happened for 7 years now and constantly ignoring, protecting racist managers and keyholders and even employees and nothing happens to any of them. Nothing! They still work here and still use racial death threats towards employees as managers participate in racism behavior! Hr approve of this so they protect managers/keyholders and terminate minority employees for doing right and the unsafe workplace where violence, death threats, racism, manipulation, wrongful termination is tolerated! Gap Credit Card Offers

Dear Sir/Madam,

I find it distressing that the GAP chain of stores including Old Navy, Athleta and others, continually hawk credit cards to unsuspecting patrons. I truly am disgusted that this chain of stores welcomes the customer at the cash register by asking if I, the customer, want a credit card and 20 Percent off. I realize sales personnel receive a small reward for such, and that it is store policy to "offer" this service. What a shame. SHAME ON GAP, INC! Not only for taking advantage of customers, but also for taking advantage of young store employees. They are scared NOT to ask this question.

The Gap executives and CEOs should be criminally charged for such malfeasance. I will be filing complaints with every consumer advocacy group I can find.
