GameStop review: neptune beach fl store manager jay!

This young man was very disrespectful towards my father and I because as soon as we walked into the store it felt as if we were profiled for the way that we looked and as we walked up to the counter he had already started up an attitude that we were undeserving of. We came into the store today to trade in a PS4 but we were unaware that we would need an HDMI chord to even "begin the transaction" as he put it. I feel I presented the best solution to rectify the problem which was to negate the price they would charge for an HDMI chord from the trade value but that seemed undoable and even when it seemed that we were all on the same page he proceeded to prey upon the fact that my dad couldn't understand what I could and told him since we weren't willing to buy the HDMI chord from them then he would only give us $92 dollars in cash totally disregarding the trade in we were there for. He gave off an attitude that said, " look man if you're not understanding what I'm telling you then you can go f*%k yourself " and it was completely unnecessary and please excuse my language. Please take this review seriously and send someone from corporate to check him out
