Gala Hotels review: this hotel and staff is horrible! they don't even care about the safety of their customers!

My boyfriend and I booked a one nights stay not knowing what we were getting into! Room 126 we got was disgusting! It smelled like sewage and everything was worn out and broken. Stains on walls! Stains on couches! Yuchhh! So we switched to the next room over 127! Bugs ? on the wall and in the bed. Big ones! There was a piece of plywood that separates the bathroom to the hallway. Well it was sticking up and we walked to the bathroom in the middle of the night and fractured our foot!

Please do not go to this hotel for your own safety! The owner didn't care about the situation! He just let us go without saying sorry or reimbursing us! The owner is rude and nasty! There is nothing good about this run down hotel! It needs to be closed down!

We have photos of the bugs and plywood!
