I booked a trip for my folks' 50th anniversary with Tours of Distinction, Inc. in early 2021. I paid in 3 installments, totaling $3738.00, for a May 2022 trip. The company cancelled the trip 'cause my parents were the only ones who booked. We found out via email and were given the option of a credit or refund. We took the credit at first, but my parents couldn't decide on a trip. We asked for a refund in July 2022, but still haven't received it. I've emailed and called a bunch of times, but no one's helped me out. I've been calling every day since 11/17 during their business hours, but no one's calling me back. We just want our money back.

This is the first we are hearing of this. And, this is really odd considering this came through today, June of 2023? There is no record of this person, L. Bogisich, at all in our reservation system. There is one for a Nic*** S******** and she booked for her parents and she paid for it. Maybe you are the parent? Regardless, it was a Nic*** S******** that paid and a refund was sent a very long time ago after you decided you did not to use the credit.
Check number 1233 was issued and it was cashed December 2022. Sorry you feel the way you do - whoever you are!
