Monthly pro plan
I bought the month trial plan for $39.99 for a month to try it - with a 30 day 100% refund for any reason. My bank automatically notified me of a potential fraud transaction but I clicked “yes I authorized this $39 charge. Then the bank then called me because another charge of $210 hit my account. I said NO. They instructed me to contact the vendor and they would keep it as PENDING. GPLAN phone number ONLY has a recording that says they are experiencing high call volume so they suggest chatting through the web site for faster results. It was a fake chat bot that didn’t help at all.
I had enough and canceled my account – just minutes after the month trial thing. No Problem – got an automated email “G-Plans Support team. “We received your request to transition your account to the free plan. We’re sad to see you go! We hope that we’ll be able to partner with you again on your health journey in the near future.” I replied that I want a complete refund. No reply. But I got 10 emails over the next couple days “you have not downloaded the app”, “CiCi is your AI virtual coach” etc. I emailed, chatted, nothing until I called my bank and rejected the charge. Another automated email, “According to my records your plan is already cancelled. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you have any more questions”.
I replied I want the amount refunded! I cancelled the account within minutes when I saw the extra charge. GPlan automated email said “the plan is non-refundable, regardless of when it was cancelled”. They expect people to ask for the refund so they have an automated email that says the plan is non-refundable, regardless of when it was cancelled” They are prepared because this is a scam. Not just me. Look at the just a few of the Huge number of scammed people that are complaining all over the internet - links below.
Better Business Bureau (revoked the BBB membership),. Scam-deterctor.com, reddit.com (multiple threads complaining), Sitejabber.com, Trustpilot.com, scam report.com and many more. This is their way of ripping people off. I will file a complaint with the state attorney general next if I don’t get a full refund.

Desired outcome: Full refund
Diet subscription
I signed up on 7/18/22 for a diet plan. It was supposed to be $39. They offered me an upgrade of supplements and some other things. I was very careful to say that I did not want that. In the end, I clicked submit payment, and the only thing on my screen was $39. Next thing I know, I was charged the $39 plus $98 plus $151.01. I immediately contacted them to cancel. (within minutes of purchase) They would not answer the phones. I had to do a chat, and they stated that I ordered an annual membership and supplements and the monthly charge. They also stated that they would not refund it. These are all fraudulent charges on my card.
Desired outcome: Full refund of all charges.
Request a refund or refund for supplements
Saturday, January 16, 2022. I signed up for the basic G-plans weight loss plan at 39.00 because the program advertised a free coaching call and customized meal plans. I thought this would be a good plan for me since I have gastric autoimmune disease and can't eat many foods and would receive some assistance from a health coach (possibly). After I pressed the button to proceed to checkout, the click funnel app immediately went to another screen offering a bundle plan with a bunch of supplements including their signature LEAN supplement that is loaded with caffeine. I tried to scroll past it to find the small print to opt out and must have hit the button or there was a glick or something and it automatically flipped to the next screen and charged my card $289.00. There was no way to go back. It didn't give me a chance to confirm a final sale or anything. I was automatically charged! I immediately called the next morning as their site says there is a 30 day money back guarantee. I was told there was no guarantee on "additional" products/services like the bundle. I explained what happened and asked that the supplements not be sent to me as I was advised by my physician that I could not take the supplements at this time due to health conditions and even offered them a doctor's confirmation of this. After 15 phone calls with no response and being unable to get through I finally talked to one representative 2 days later and got the response that they had never had anyone say they couldn't take the supplements and she would have to get approval from Admin. The next day, I finally got another person (supervisor Evelyn) and had to go through the whole story again but this time let her know that I was upset because I had just gotten a notification that they had shipped the supplements anyway and the first person hadn't gotten back to me. (Evelyn) told me the same thing and told me she would need to get approval from Admin and call me back. I told her I had already been told that and no one called me back and it had been nearly impossible to get through to them. She assured me that she would call me back personally within 24-48 hours. She did not. I had sent emails and left multiple messages as well. She assured me she would call me back and have a coach email me for a session (as this was another complaint I filed with her). When I requested to cancel the whole program she told me that I could not even cancel or get a refund on the basic plan either. It is now 4 days later and I have heard from no one. My card is still charged and at this point I just want to cancel this useless service that has not delivered on anything it said it would do; customized plans, coaching calls, calls with a nutritionist, etc. Also, during my last conversation with Evelyn I learned that I had also been subscribed to a yearly service and was on target to be automatically charged 190.00 per year after my one year anniversary on Jan. 16, 2023. Evelyn would only cancel the future subscription. The bundle advertised that you were paying for a lifetime service so I feel that too was false advertisement. As I am typing this I finally got through to a representative after 5 calls back to back. I just spoke to a supervisor named Seman that stated that I was not going to receive any refund for supplements or any part of my money because the 30 day money back guarantee is null and void when you click that you want the higher priced bundle. I'm not sure this company is even legitimate. There is literally no customer service and what service you get is bad service. Seman clicked his line on without realizing it and I overheard him laughing and telling someone else in the call center about another lady requesting a refund. He thought it was quite entertaining. I have no copies of email correspondence, coaching calls or anything as they are very careful not to correspond in writing and only answer 1 in 15 phone calls. I've attached a small portion of posts in the closed Facebook community where others are complaining about somehow being signed up for the "unrefundable bundle" and being "stuck" with it as well as dealing with bad or no customer service and not being able to get anything done. This company needs to remove the false advertisement of a 30 day money back guarantee and fix the glitch in their click funnel that doesn't allow the customer to see a "final" charge before it charges their card. They also need a "back" feature where potential customers can return to the previous screen, if needed. They definitely need better customer service as I was told that they would not allow me to speak with a call center manager as Seman was a supervisor and the manager would just tell me the same thing he was telling me and that was that they would not offer me any kind of refund, not even the 30 day money back guarantee they advertise.
