A scam
This app is so awful I don’t think I’d use it if it was free. It’s $40 a month for some of the worst app design I’ve ever seen, but the real kicker is, you have to go through a series of hoops to cancel your account. I’m not sure how this isn’t illegal. To cancel you have to call, which is met with a voicemail. Make sure if you’re canceling to email their support email so you have evidence of your attempt to cancel it so they can’t scam you out of more money. I’m honestly shocked. Check the ComplaintsBoard.com website’s ratings for this app for more info.
As for the app design, it’s not intuitive at all and offers little to nothing. The home page is a thinly veiled advertisement, with a tracker for your water and exercise to try to make it seem relevant to you. Even larger are plugs for Dr. Goglia’s blog, supplements, and books. Not very subtle Dr. Goglia. I love the idea of the meal plan and websites but the ingredients for the meals weren’t even importing to my grocery list. The grocery list function was basically useless!
There’s no instruction or recommendation for how much exercise to get.
I tracked food I ate outside of the meal plan and the app didn’t register it.
You can’t change something you’ve already logged i.e. how much water you drank.
Apparently I paused my account but there was no intuitive way to unpause it.
This app looks awful, works as well as using a sponge to try to mop up the ocean.
I’m mainly so angry at this app because of how much potential there is behind the idea and the godawful execution. I could design a better app than this.

Monthly pro plan
I bought the month trial plan for $39.99 for a month to try it - with a 30 day 100% refund for any reason. My bank automatically notified me of a potential fraud transaction but I clicked “yes I authorized this $39 charge. Then the bank then called me because another charge of $210 hit my account. I said NO. They instructed me to contact the vendor and they...

I signed up on 7/18/22 for a diet plan. It was supposed to be $39. They offered me an upgrade of supplements and some other things. I was very careful to say that I did not want that. In the end, I clicked submit payment, and the only thing on my screen was $39. Next thing I know, I was charged the $39 plus $98 plus $151.01. I immediately contacted them to cancel. (within minutes of purchase) They would not answer the phones. I had to do a chat, and they stated that I ordered an annual membership and supplements and the monthly charge. They also stated that they would not refund it. These are all fraudulent charges on my card.
Desired outcome: Full refund of all charges.
Request a refund or refund for supplements
Saturday, January 16, 2022. I signed up for the basic G-plans weight loss plan at 39.00 because the program advertised a free coaching call and customized meal plans. I thought this would be a good plan for me since I have gastric autoimmune disease and can't eat many foods and would receive some assistance from a health coach (possibly). After I pressed...
