This is our second time using G Fedale for our roofing needs (we have two properties). From the moment we reached out for an estimate, to the last material was picked up after the job was complete, the entire team was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They were always available and provided quick responses to questions we had regarding the process. They even helped us navigate the insurance claim side when we realized we had wind damage on our roof that would be covered. Would definitely recommend to anyone with roofing needs.

From the time Joe Santucci gave us the proposal for a new roof, everything was done very professionally and courteously. The Office staff extremely helpful with the scheduling. The day of the project, Chris, Matt and Juan(Crew Leader) did everything to make it a good experience. Their Crew was a very hard working one. Did a professional job. Cleanup was excellent and very meticulous. Made the whole project an easy one. All members of the Supervising team and the crew very professional and easy to work with. Would recommend GFedale for your roofing needs.

Working with the staff at Fedale Roofing has been a positive experience. Tom was very helpful when making our decision to contract with them for our roof. He answered all our questions and stopped at our house several times to review colors. Kristin was helpful when scheduling our work and Joe was understanding when we postponed our date. Chris was excellent in supervising the job, very nice to talk to, helpful, and did a great job making sure everything went as planned. Juan did a great job. Everyone was very professional. Our development was hit with a hail storm in May . There were about 2 doezen homes in our development that needed a new roof. I engaged G. Fedale after seeing their work in the neighborhood and comparing it with some other vendors doing work at the neighbors house. G. Fedale walked us through the insurance process, worked with us on choosing a roof, going over options based on the age of our house, and gave us a better roof for a much lower price. The workmanship was outstanding. The team on the ground were courteous and friendly. Site cleanup was immaculate. Highly recommend G. Fedale.

Excellent & Helpful Service. Great Job on my roofing project. Customer Satisfaction. Friendly and Professional. Joe Santucci was so patient and helpful in helping me decide on what color of tile to choose for my house. He was fantastic in every aspect of on my project. I would ask for Joe S. for my next project. Jesse Feasel, my Project Manager, was on top of everything. Very easy to work with and made sure the job was going well. Always kept in contact and said if I had any questions at all to call him. He helped ease the tension and anxiety that I was feeling. I recommend G. Fedale to anyone who is looking for roofing.

I needed a roof repair after a strong wind storm, the entire roof had to be repaired. Jasen Maciey, my sales rep did an awesome job getting it all set up. Matt Wiley was my Project Manager and he was amazing. The employees did such an awesome just with getting my roof done and it looks great. They were courteous and very careful with my property. There was also interior damage from leaks that had to be fixed and originally I was told that it would take two days but their team came in and knocked the job out in just one day, which worked out fantastic for us since we are working from home. Every question I had was answered right away and I had lots of questions :-). I truly appreciate everyone on this team.

I highly recommend G. Fedale Roofing. Tom *** was instrumental in getting the ball rolling. He answered all my questions. He was easily reachable and made multiple stops to my house to leave sample books for color and products. Tom was very easy to work and talk with. As for the production crew, Frank Starkey and Chip *** were amazing. Everything went down flawlessly. Supplies, staffing, construction dumpster all showed up on time and was completed super fast. Frank was very informative of the products that they were using and how his crew was going to be installing them. The crew cleaned up very well. Nothing needed to be done when they left. I highly recommend making the call to G. Fedale for your roofing needs.

Highly recommend. Got 3 quotes. G. Fedale was priced the same as the other 2, so i felt I was getting a fair quote. From the 1st call, Joe was highly attentive. He came out twice to drop off samples and was the only company to actually go up on the roof to actually inspect the roof, vs using eagle eye or drones that only give a partial assessment. The job was scheduled quickly. the crew finished in 2 days. They were fast, worked hard the entire time and did an amazing job. Couldn't be happier. Note: a nail got into my tire and despite my reluctance, Joe was adamant i send the receipt and he covered the cost of the tire. The job was complete and he had no need to do it and i wasn't asking for it. They are a stand up company and i have a high level of trust in their company in general and the workmanship on the new roof.

I recently had a 4,000 sq ft. roof replaced along with leaf guards on my gutters. This was going to be an expensive job so I definitely did my research and got quotes from about five roofing companies. I felt Fedale was the most knowledgeable even though their quote was a slight big higher. I had a unique situation with a flat roof and some challenging skylights that they were able to fix and did an amazing job. I appreciated their honesty and knowledge of how to fix my situation. They were extremely knowledgeable, customer focused and Matt, project manager, kept me informed all through the work flow process. Shout out to Jake who walked me through the initial discussion regarding needs and quote. He was supportive throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for roofing work to be done.

G. Fedale was amazing to work with. Every step of the way they were helpful, informative, and understanding of our roofing needs. They took their time and were not pushy (we had another roofing company that would come out to our house often to know and tell us that we needed our roof redone). Matt, Jasen, and the whole team really helped us better understand what work needed to be done, and helped us work with our insurance to get it done. They were totally transparent in every aspect of the job, with no hidden costs, or details left untold. G. Fedale was highly efficient and got the whole roof completed in two days (which included setup and cleanup). There were many personal touches, too. We worked with the same people and they communicated and followed up every step of the way. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a quality company to work on your roof!

Project was entire roof replacement plus replacement of a large bay window in our kitchen. Large roof was expertly installed in one and a half days, including thorough removal of debris from the premises. Workers followed Covid-19 guidelines throughout the work. Installation of window was complicated because of multiple issues, legacy of the original installers fifteen yeas ago. Fedale carpenter/installer did a great job improvising and resolving all issues to our satisfaction. Bottom line, the entire project was well planned and executed at a fair price. Special credits go to: Evan Taylor, project consultant, for his expert advice and thorough project planning/estimating Matt Wiley, project manager, for his tireless follow up and prompt but completely satisfactory resolution of any issues that he saw or we pointed out Arek Kozaczka, carpenter, for his tireless effort to resolved window installation issues he inherited

We used this company to replace our pervious slate tile roof with asphalt roofing at the end of June'21. With the expection of a horizontal vertical portion of slate tile that didn't need to be replaced based on G Fedale's accessment. We paid our deposit with a cashier check, another when the work was started and a final payment the work was completed. I noticed a gap in the flashing after the so called final inspection. It took them a week to come out to repair with a few simple screws. During that same visit I provided a another payment due to another invoice related to a license/permit fee I was never made aware of until I received an invoice email from the office. Since the flashing was being repaired, I ran to the ATM to get the cash $210. When I provided the payment, the rep said this feels like a drug deal. Totally unprofessional and I happen be non Caucasian! Then in August'21 I contacted the company to report out of place slate tile related to the horizontal vertical portion of the roof that was obviously knocked loose from the roof replacement. It took almost two weeks for a return call. Then when I finally received a call I was told it would cost me $450 to secure the tile they disrupted. Poor business!
