We have been with Roof King for about six months. We have been having issues with our insurance company since the storm on May 3, 2022. we have an awesome contractor name *** who has been working with us to get our siding done he has been awesome. I would recommend roof king and *** who is with roof King to get your project done. Thank you *** for everything you have done for us.

Roof King is definitely the "King" when it comes to roofing! Kozmo Krueger walked us through the whole process and was always there to answer our calls and questions. He made this entire process so easy! The peace of mind in having a new roof with the repairs and upgrades will help add value when we go to sell this home. I would recommend Roof Kings to anyone who even has a question about whether they can afford a new roof! This is a 5 star company!

Im highly recommend Roof King for your roofing service provider. From the inspection to installation and final walk through, everything was very smooth and well done. The installation was completed less than a day, they even helped me to clean up my entire lawn and making sure no extra nails left over. And the quality of work was amazing! We used Roof King & Restoration for a replacement roof due to wind damage. Our company representative, ***, was prompt, informative & thorough with his inspection. He handled all aspects of the job professionally from start to finish. We were happy that he dealt with all the communications back & fort with our insurance adjuster. Would definitely recommend this company. They got me a full roof replacement for the cost of my deductible. Be sure to ask for ***!

Roof King and Restoration was great and I highly recommend. From sales to finish it was professional and well done. *** was amazing as a sales professional and advocate. He worked with our insurance company and is an expert. The construction crew were efficient, polite, and hard working. I have never seen a construction crew clean up so thoroughly. Roof *** did a fantastic job from start to finish. Both *** were very professional and very polite. They worked with me and thoroughly explained each step of getting a new roof because of storm damage. They were able to work with the insurance company and get the new roof approved with no long waiting. The workers who put the roof on were very polite, worked very hard, and cleaned up better than it looked before they started! Thank you *** King for doing a GREAT job! I am a Realtor that works with investors and *** has been our go to guy for roofing, gutters and vinyl inspections, replacement or repairs. He is professional, and very communicative and responsive . He is honest about whether a roof is in need of replacement or not. I have also used his company on my personal home and it was done quickly and the work was exceptional. I will use this company for roofing, gutters and exterior vinyl work exclusively. I will also ensure that any of my clients in need of these services will receive their/his contact information.

We tried another roofing company before Roof King, what a waste of time! Roof King was able to turn our insurance claim around, even after the other company got denied. They (Jared) met with our adjuster and went to bat for us immediately! They took the necessary steps to ensure we got approved for a FULL replacement. From getting us approved through the completion of the build they were professional and knowledgeable. I worked with Jared and was extremely impressed by his punctuality, level of understanding, and ability to see the job through from beginning to end. Thank you, Roof King!

We had some roof damage after a severe wind storm that rocked us in Nov. We had numerous shingles in our yard that came off the crown of our roof. Kozmo and Cam stopped by and inspected our roof for free and found and took pictures of various issues with our roof from the storm. We called our insurance company and have them the details and after it was all said and done, we had the roof replaced by Roof King and Restoration. Kozmo was very attentive and accommodating to our needs and made the process extremely simple and timely. Their professionalism was also impressive. I highly recommend this company

Roof King came to my door noticing possibly hail damage. I told them I just bought the house and was pretty sure that insurance wasn't going to cover anything considering it was a 25yo roof. They assured me they could get them to at least cover the damaged parts, so I let them go ahead and try. To my surprise, they worked with my insurance and got nearly all of it covered. Beyond that, they came in, did great work, and had great communication with me throughout the process. They were even patient with me and answered all of my dumb questions. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks, Jared and everyone else involved!

The team at Roof King went above and beyond handling our roof damage. We called to request a quote and they were out for an inspection the next day. They provided us with an incredibly fair quote and immediately began working with our insurance company to see if they could get the entire thing covered. Once our insurance company came back and denied the claim, Roof King was on top of negotiations with our insurance company. During the waiting process, they came out to complete minor repairs to ensure the well-being of our home.Paul, *** and *** all went above and beyond to take care of us and showed the utmost professionalism even at frustrating times. There is no one else I would recommend before Roof King!

Jared and his team went above and beyond with our roof. Roof King replaced our roof in December. During the freezing and thawing ice storms of the following February we developed a leak in our roof. Jared raced up to Columbus from Dayton on a moment's notice to help. It proved to be water coming through the siding after damning up and not coming from the roof job. Jared and his team worked tirelessly in the freezing cold to fix the issue anyway. There also was a little collateral damage from the roof job in our gutters and in a bush. Jared and his team went way out of their way to fix the issues and restore everything back to better condition than it had been before the roof job. All and all, they proved to us that having happy customers is very important to them. Thank you for the impeccable customer service!

We initially started our insurance claim back in October, and we were working with a different roofing contractor. We got denied and the contractor was going back and forth with them until mid-July 2022. At that point we weren't making any progress in moving forward with getting a full roof replacement. So, I finally decided to get in contact with ***. Earlier in the summer he stopped by my house to let me know how he helped one of my neighbors get a full roof replacement. I took his card because he was very knowledgeable and professional. Immediately after contacting him at the end of July, he promptly came out for an inspection of our roof. He informed me that there was newer storm damage and that he was confident that he could help us out. We ended up filing a new claim. And we got approved for a full roof replacement mid-September. Throughout the whole claims process he kept me informed on what was happening. My only regret about working with ***, was not contacting him sooner! I would highly recommend *** and *** King; they are certainly a very skilled company that treats their costumers right!

Back in June we was hit with a Derecho, and a 40 ft tree fell onto our house causing significant damage to the roof and back porch. With large holes in the roof it was something that needed taken care of quickly, so that morning I was on the phone calling every contractor within the area. I wasnt having much luck so I reached out to several people for recommendations and guidance. *** from Roof Kings and Restoration was highly recommended the only catch was he was over an hour away. I made a call to *** he was extremely professional, very nice, and very knowledgeable. Within 2 hours of my call he was up on my roof assessing damage, helping me navigate the process, and making temporary repairs to mitigate further damage to the interior. He verified tree removal was licensed and insured, and was not afraid to get involved to help the process go smoother.. Fast Forward Adjuster from insurance company finally makes it, and *** is there as well to help me navigate the insurance side of everything. Providing documentation insurance needs/will need. (Something you never think of is how difficult the insurance process can be, very important to hire someone that cares and will advocate for you)Install Day I was contacted with a date of install and things to think about, and to do before the install. I was updated regularly with detailed pictures since i could not be there. the pictures do no justice for the quality of job they did. 10/10. *** reviewed the product again with me and the warranty that goes with it. The roof is complete still navigating process for siding with insurance company and I get updates regularly from *** !If I could give *** and Roof Kings and Restoration more stars I would!

Roof King & Restoration did our roof on 9/1/22 'cause of insurance. They sent me a Certificate of Completion by email, but I saw in the pics that some shingles were discolored. When I got home from work, I saw it was true. The crew should have seen it, but I had to tell them. It took 2 weeks and talking to Tony to get Freddie to fix it. He was mad and had a bad attitude, but it's fixed for now. I hope it doesn't leak later. Also, on 9/1/22, the ABC crew broke 2 of our 3 *** security cameras. I told Tony, but he's not doing anything and just giving me excuses. It's been almost a month, and I sent emails to Tony, but he's not helping. I asked for his manager's contact, but no luck yet.
