Called for Wind/Hail damage. One of the leads came out to do an inspection and discovered we had wind damage. They worked with the insurance company to get our roof paid for and replaced. The job was completed in one day, the roof looks great. This company is easy to deal with so i would highly recommend.

After a year long process of trying to get my roof replacement approved through my insurance, and going through numerous companies, AAR got the job done! They were great to work. Very polite. They were timely. Showed up every time they said they would. Roof looks great. Highly recommend this roofing company.

All American Roofing did a fantastic job resolving our roofing issue and replacing it with high quality materials. The team was able to work closely with my insurance company, getting all the details sorted out and the work done ASAP and in 1 day. Would recommend them to anyone looking for work done on their roof. 11/10 would recommend.

This great business came all the way out to our house in Camden SC to install gutters outside our home. They were here a few hours to do the install and we must say they did such an awesome job installing them. They look amazing! Price was great and afforable. I recommend All American Roofing. Britney was also very nice and helpful in answering my questions. It was a pleasure to do business with her. :)

Jason and his crew were nothing but helpful and had our best interest in mind. He was able to provide a new roof, with guaranteed 50 year lifespan shingles, all within the time frame we needed. They were able to get us a new roof through insurance, as guaranteed and appropriate. The house looks amazing now with the work that was done. Would 11/10 recommend using AA Roofing, no matter where or what the problem is.

We were very pleased with the roofing job that was done on our home by AARoofing. Brevan made the entire process easy for us. He was there to assist with filing our claim and for meeting with insurance adjusters. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs, and the ease with making it happen, due to their support and involvement. I recommended that my parents use AARoofing for their home, and they were also very pleased.

All-American Roofing and Restoration replaced our hail-damaged roof, removed a chimney, repaired damaged guttering and siding, and repaired interior ceiling damage. They inspected the roof initially and were present when the insurance adjuster made his evaluation. The roofing crew was efficient and careful; the company rep came while they worked to check their progress and to see if we had any problems or questions. All-American was very helpful in dealing with all the insurance details. All-American will be roofing two more houses for in the near future.

J.D. with All American Roofing and Restoration replaced my roof Thursday, April 22. They worked from 8:00am until 8:15pm. It was dark and they finished. The next day I found bent aluminum on my facia and a bent and scuffed piece of gutter on the front of my house. The next day, April 23 I waited all day to hear from J.D. or someone from the company and no one come by to check the job or call to ask about the job. On Monday, April 26 I called the office several times and no one answered. I called Robert, a salesman for the company, and told him that I was unable to reach anyone and I'm concerned because I have damage. He told me it would be okay but everyone took vacation that day. No one come by the check the job or touch base with me until J.D. called me May 2. (12 days after the job was complete.) He asked if I had been to the bank to get his money. I told him I had not because there was damage and I didn't want the banker to come out and inspect the work until the damage was repaired. He started yelling and told me that I had to pay him for the roof because the roof was finished and the damage had nothing to do with the roof. He just kept yelling at me and I began shaking and was very upset. I am a senior citizen and a woman and his attempt was to intimidate me and he succeeded. My daughter who has taken care of me since my husband died called and I was still upset and told her what had just taken place with J.D. She called Robert, who is a salesman, and told him to tell J.D. not to come back on the property or call me. She told him she would meet him and told him what day and time. He did not come by. The next day May 5 I called my insurance adjustor and he come by between 2:00 and 3:00pm. He told me not to be upset and let J.D. intimidate me. My door bell rang and through the glass I could see it was J.D. and a man I had never seen before. I called him and ask if it was him outside and he said it was and started lying again. I told him my insurance adjuster would be by in a few minutes and I just said no, no, no and hung up. I couldn't get any other words out. I called my daughter and she called J.D. and they had a very heated argument. My adjustor asked me about the places on my gables where the paint was knocked off and I told him the storm didn't do that, it had been coming off for a couple of years. J.D. told him the storm damaged them and he needed to pay to replace the metal. (In the beginning J.D. said he would let me know how much his painter would charge to paint them. He let me know it would be $1,400.00.) So he was going to collect from the insurance company and me too. J.D. originally said there were 2 downspouts that had hail damage. I told my insurance adjustor they were just little dings and I didn't want him to do anything else. He said J.D. said all the downspouts needed to be replaced. Kevin from ALR, come by May 4 and I showed him the damage. He spoke with someone on the phone as he was looking at it and told them it was damaged. He said he would come back Saturday May 8 and repair the damage. Marlin, the roofing foreman, come by instead of Robert. Since my daughter was working I called a builder, Mike O and he come out and met with us. We all walked around together and I showed Marlin the damage. Mike told Marlin any time he put a new roof on he should replace the flashing. The roof may last 50 years but the flashing would not. Flashing was on the estimate but it was not replaced. Kevin and some other guys come by Saturday May 8. He did not have a brake to bend the metal. Instead he was using a hand crimper. I told him that he was actually bending the metal more. He said he would have someone bend the metal and come back Tuesday May 11,2021. He said he would get the gutter at Lowe's or Home Depot. Mike told him that was commercial gutter and he could only get it from a gutter man. He returned Saturday and replaced the metal on the back, a small piece beside my front door and replaced the gutter beside my front door. I went to the bank and got the check and called Brittany to tell her if she would bring my warranty and my insurance company's takeoff that J.D. had borrowed I would pay her in full. She said she would be there the next day before lunch. She didn't come and I had to leave but I called her and left a message that I had to leave. A gentleman named Skylar come by the next day at 11:00 and I gave him the checks. I will say that the roofers did an excellent job. Everyone at the company was easy to work with but J.D. should not deal with the public. He lies and intimidates old people.
