Andrew was a pleasure to work with. The first time I called him, he offered to come out that day and it was a Sunday. I was shocked that he was willing to come out the same day. After that, when I called him, he answered almost every time and used my name when he answered. He called me back promptly if he was unable to answer my call. He worked with my insurance company and helped me throughout the entire process. He was always willing to do anything to make sure my claim went smoothly. Everything he told me is exactly what happened. I couldn't be more pleased with the service that Andrew provided. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new roof. And BTW, my new roof looks great and I received quality work by the installation team. A stressful time was made stress-free by the entire Mills team. Thank you Andrew and Mills Siding and Roofing.

Our family recently moved cross-country to a new home that literally got hail damage to the roof one week after signing the closing documents. This can be upsetting and overwhelming for most anyone. But luckily, Andrew D. was our Sales Representative. He is professional, knowledgeable, and provided the consistent communication that I need when dealing with an important home project. Especially, one where the insurance company is involved. Andrew D. took care of everything, aside from reporting the actual insurance claim itself. He took charge and dealt with all the insurance “stuff" and kept me updated along the way. Mills Siding and Roofing is reliable, timely, and a friendly company to work with. Overall, the roof looks amazing! I would highly recommend to my friends, family and anyone that might be in need of roofing/siding services. Working with Mills was a great experience and made the whole process smoother. Our roof was damaged by hail and I had never submitted a home owner insurance claim before. The representative from Mills walked me through the entire process and acted as a primary contact with our insurance and roof inspector. When the claim was initially rejected by the insurance company, the representative explained the process to request a reevaluation. When the insurance company called me to say they could have a new inspector out to my house in about an hour, I contacted the representative and he was able to meet with the new inspector with less than an hour notice. The second evaluation was clear there was damage and my claim was approved. Mills then scheduled their roofing crew for about a week later and completely removed my old roof and installed a new roof in two and a half days. The new roof is holding up really well and it looks great!

I had a massive hail storm damage my roof. Mills Siding and Roofing was proactive when it came to my insurance claim. I worked with Andrew Ringler from Mills and he was very knowledgeable, professional and a delight to work with. At first my insurance company denied my claim stating the damage on my roof was from 14 years ago when the roof was installed. Fortunately, myself and Andrew had documented inconsistent statements from the insurance company which led to a licensed roof inspection company having to do a third party inspection of my roof. In the end the damage on my roof was so obvious from hail that the third party quickly confirmed the hail damage and my insurance company overturned my claim denial to a full roof repair. If it weren't for Andrew's expertise and diligence I would have been cheated by my insurance company. I now have a beautiful new roof and do not have to worry about leaks in the future.

We first met Zach Diamantoni when he was at a neighbor's house. We asked him to check our roof and he was there within an hour. He confirmed we had hail damage and took pictures for the insurance. When the insurance inspector did have enough evidence, Zach promptly returned to provide more supporting evidence for our claim. Zach was very helpful to us in selecting the roof color and helping us understand all of the financial aspects. Later Zach was also very helpful in resolving any issues that came up during installation and inspection. Zach is a pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, considerate, and kind young man. He was always ready to help us to insure that the roof was installed correctly and that we were satisfied. My husband, who was a teacher, has known many young people through the years. He said he was very impressed with Zach. We are grateful for all Zach did to get us our new roof and I am sure others feel the same.

I highly recommend working with Mills Roofing. John Smith was our point of contact and our most prominent advocate when it came to getting our insurance company to cover the cost of a roof replacement due to hail damage. John met the insurance adjusters' roof inspector at our house not once but twice to walk the roof and show the inspector the hail damage. After the first inspection, our insurance company said that only $700 worth of repairs were needed. John contested the decision, and the insurance company sent a second inspector. After walking the roof with John, the second inspector recommended an entire roof replacement due to hail damage. We are very grateful for the professional and persistent service John and all of the personnel at Mills Roofing provided. The scheduler and work crew were courteous and very efficient. When the job was complete, they cleaned up everything, and our new roof is beautiful.

My neighbor was having his roof replaced by Mills Roofing. He explained he had hail damage from a past storm and recommended calling for a free inspection. I called Andrew Ringler and he was here in a day or two and did a thorough inspection and discovered I too had substantial hail damage. He discussed the findings with me and helped me with next step scenario… I contacted my insurance company (with advice from Andrew) and they sent their adjuster to make a full inspection and report. My roof was determined to be a total loss… Andrew worked with the insurance company through out the process and then we worked out details with me on roof type and installation timing. Their roofing crew was on time and finished completely in one day as promised. They were careful working around my landscaping as well as being careful not to damage any part of my large deck. I Highly recommend Mills Roofing and applaud Andrew for his professionalism and product knowledge to work with me from beginning to end.

John was my sales representative from Mills and I have to say he made the entire process seamless from start until finish. From day 1 of speaking to John he was very professional and knowledgeable and got me setup right away with an no hassle consultation/roof inspection. From there once damage was identified John handled everything and walked me through the whole process of getting it approved by the insurance company and how the job would be done, no detail left out. The roof replacement was scheduled and executed in a timely manner. When there were issues with my insurance company (there were a few) I simply called John and he would tell me not to sweat it he will handle it for me and he did so immediately. I spotted a minor issue after work was completed and he had a guy out to my house to fix ASAP to my satisfaction. John was the best contractor I've ever worked with by far and Mills Siding and Roofing comes recommended by me to anyone I know that needs work done.

Mills Roofing was in our neighborhood after a major hail storm. I told the representative I was interested in an assessment. The following day, Michael Ostrowski arrived and after inspection stated he noticed damage to my roof. I contacted my insurance company and they sent out an inspector. I sent Mike an email and asked that he attend the inspection. Mike was here on the spot. He explained the inspection and worked with my insurance claims adjuster. My claim was approved and Mike was there every step of the way sending emails to ensure all was going well and he made follow up phone calls when I had questions. Mike is a true example of providing above and beyond customer service. He is professional, knowledgeable and goes out of his way to address questions and concerns. My roof was basically installed in one day. My yard was cleaned as if no one was there to install a roof. I would highly recommend Mills. We are happy with our new roof and the outstanding customer service we received Orlando Todd.

I became aware of Mills Siding and Roofing as they did a new roof for my son. He gave Mr. Ostrowski's number as a contact for Mills. Within a couple days Mr. Ostrowski came to our house, inspected the roof and stated that in his opinion it needed replacement. A few days later our insurance company and Mr. Ostrowski did an inspection as well and agreed with him. He then quickly set about scheduling a replacement that went flawlessly. The crew was very polite and cleaned up all debris and then some (I had a little trash they took). I have had many contractors do work at our house over the years and would rate Mr. Ostrowski the best. He spent a lot of time with my wife and me explaining what to expect with the reroof. He wasn't an "all business and I'm out of here" kind of guy. We talked about family and life in general, past what I would guess was a normal work day. Mills Roofing and Siding is fortunate to have such a caring and detailed individual, he treated us like parents. I would recommend him to any and all. Thank you Mr. Ostrowski!

Thank you to Andrew Ringler for a great experience with our roof replacement! First, he was "politely persistent". I saw my neighbors' yard signs (and ignored them, because I wasn't ready to pay for a new roof--the ceiling wasn't caving in yet). I got the letter in the mail (and ignored it, because I wasn't ready to pay for a new roof yet). Got a nice note and finally decided to listen and was surprised there was a chance my insurance would pay. Then, after I filed the initial claim, he took care of everything, including meeting with the claims adjustor, after the adjustor changed the appt time more than once, Andrew was exceptionally flexible. Provided detailed updates and explanations along the way. Took pictures of other roofs in the area and sent them so I could pick my shingle color virtually. Basically, I went away on vacation and came back to a beautiful new roof, just in time, as we noticed a new water spot just before they started work! Finally, he answered all my questions promptly and clearly even after the work was done. Thanks, Andrew for making this so easy!

Completely disappointed with Mills. The initial inspection was quick and easy to setup. Unfortunately no one showed up. I tried several times to contact them, but received no response for 3 weeks. I was only able to get an inspection because they were at my neighbors house and I ran out there to talk to them.They told me they would send me the information I needed to send to my insurance company via email. A week went by and I heard nothing.After nearly 3 months of messages left with the office, voicemail, text, and email that were never returned or I was told I had to wait, I finally had what I needed the day before my last chance to file a claim.I sent Mills the info for when my insurance adjuster would be coming because I was told "They would be there to advocate for me." I received no response. Again calls to the office, cell voicemail, emails, and texts not returned. I finally got a response a week before confirming they would be there.Today my insurance adjuster showed up and Mills didn't. My claim is being denied. "We successfully advocate on behalf of homeowners every day with insurance companies." maybe when they actually show up.

After a couple of severe storms this spring, our roof started shedding shingle grit so badly that I would have to clear out piles of it at the end of our downspouts. I started researching roofing companies and Andrew Ringler with Mills Siding and Roofing came highly recommended by friends and family. Andrew did not disappoint! He quickly confirmed my suspicion that our roof had been damaged during spring hail storms. Andrew coordinated inspection with our insurance company and handled our roof replacement from beginning to end. The hard working crew from Mills performed the complete tear off and replacement in a little over a day. Our new roof looks great, and we are so happy with the quality of the work performed by Mills. Andrew was responsive throughout the entire process and we're truly grateful for the way he took care of everything. On top of handling our roof replacement, he also jumped in and helped my mom replace her damaged roof. Her job was completed with the same quality and professionalism, which was a great relief to our family. During a home inspection prior to the sale of our home, it was discovered that we had hail damage from a big storm that had hit our area a few months before. I called two companies to come out and inspect the damage. The first company did not even bother to return my call. Mills Siding & Roofing not only returned my call within minutes but was there to inspect the roof the very next day! Their prompt response was amazing. He confirmed we had significant damage and worked with our insurance company adjustor to iron out the details of the replacement. Being spring, the company was extremely busy, but because of our situation with the pending sale of the home, Mills Siding & Roofing did everything they could to get the job done in a timely fashion. We had a large roof with a big out garage that had also been damaged. I expected the work to take several days, but Mills Siding & Roofing sent a team of workers, who got it all done in less than two days. We were very happy with the results. They did a fantastic job and their team was instrumental in getting the job done well and in a timely manner. They were also very good about keeping in touch, responding to my questions and communicating timelines. They also replaced the roof on our nearby rental property with equally good results. Total professionalism shined throughout absolutely every single step of the journey. Mills Siding & Roofing totally restored my faith in genuineness and integrity as a salesperson. After agreeing for him to climb up on his ladder and inspect my roof, he provided me the bad news involving how my shingles had fracture marks. He explained the fracture marks had been caused from the wicked hail storm and my roof's integrity had been jeopardized. Yes, hearing that you have hail damage and that you should really think about replacing your roof soon is not what anyone wants to hear, but hearing that it can be 100 percent covered under your homeowners insurance presents a completely different feeling. The roof was again inspected by a roof specialist which my insurance company had hired. Mills Siding & Roofing was right up there pointing out the fracture marks. At the end of the day, my insurance company agreed with the assessment and the claim process was to move forward in replacing not just a small portion, but the entire roof! I was like WOW, no way. With so much c*** that has gone on within the past few years, this was the greatest news I had received in a very long time. Extremely hard working professionals from Mills Siding & Roofing replaced my old material with new integrity. I have no regrets about any part of this journey. It was a leap of faith on my part to allow Mills Siding & Roofing to first inspect, but in the end it turned out to be an absolute godsend. Thank you Mills Siding & Roofing for your persistent hard work from beginning to end. I've never in my lifetime experienced someone so driven to succeed in making their customers so confident in a process. This is a review for Mills Siding and Roofing, and in particular Mike O. as their sales representative. We had a fairly nasty hail storm come through my area in the spring of 2020. I contracted with Mills for the repair work for the roof (which was covered by homeowners insurance). Mills Siding and Roofing negotiated with my insurance company, and Mike made sure to be around when the insurance company's representative came to make an estimate. Mike was very thorough and conscientious in pointing out damage both to the roofing and gutter system. On my side, Mike was very easy to work with and I had to do little negotiation with the insurance company myself. Mike responded to communications (e-mail, texts, or calls) quickly and with straight-forward answers. Mike was always a pleasure to work with. The only downside to the whole affair were the subcontractors. I noticed that some of the initial roofing work did not seem up to a proper standard. Also, the gutter replacement was only half done, and then that subcontractor did not show up again for almost two weeks. It turns out that the crew which had half-done my gutters was fired by their company that evening. I suppose my job fell through the cracks. However, any issue I brought to Mike was quickly resolved. When I finally called Mike about the gutters, he had another crew out the next day. When I pointed out an issue with the roof install, Mike spent the afternoon with the roofing crew to make sure they corrected the issue. One final issue with the roof install was that the subcontractor should have been more careful to avoid cosmetic damage to the house exterior. Some damage was done to windows screens and exterior lamps. Mike reduced the overall cost of the job in order to cover the lamps and screens replacement. While the subcontractors chosen by Mills could have been better, Mike was a joy to work with and I would not hesitate to contact him for future work.
