A 3 day job turned into 10
A 3 day job turned into 10. They knew I had to leave town within 7 days. I suggested they wait until I returned, but they insisted it would be done before I had to leave. That didn't happen, so I couldn't be there when they finished the roof. The yard, driveway, and patio were left covered in splattered tar and shingle grit. There are pieces of shingle and nails left in the yard. I have a stone yard that is kept smooth, with edging to keep the stone in place. They dragged stone all over the yard, creating deep ruts where the material was unloaded. Even with the edging, they parked in the front yard on top of 2 septic tanks. I had to make them move their truck. This company told me that everything would be cleaned up every day before they left, and when they were finished, I shouldn't be able to tell they were even there. Not even close to happening. Also, I have some questions about the charges for extra materials they needed. I've sent several emails and texts, but I'm not getting any response.
