We had our roof done in April and at first we thought they did a decent job until we found scratches on our stepping stones from them dragging their ladder and a leak in the garage. We tried to contact them multiple times without any response and they're really good at avoiding us. The leak in the garage is terrible because of their poor work. I wish I could show you a picture. It's not good work. We definitely don't recommend JB West Roofing.

From start to finish, I would recommend ***. They replaced my roof and three (3) Skylights at a price lower than other roofing companies in ***. They were all very professional and punctual. They started early in the morning and finished by 2 PM, leaving everything clean. My Deck was even cleaner than before they arrived. They even washed the new Skylights after installation to remove hand prints. Right now, I am satisfied with the Service and the competitive price.

I hired J & B WEST ENTERPRISES, LLC to redo our siding, but it's been nothing but problems since then. Even when the crew was here, I had to call the office and get frustrated because they didn't do half of what the salesman promised. They completely ignored us until I agreed to pay more for the things they initially agreed to do. Now, it's raining and water is coming inside. I've called and spoken to them several times, and they keep promising to call me back. It's been a week and a half, and I still haven't received a call back to schedule someone to come and look at the issue.

just replaced the roof on my *** Unlike other companies that we called, they sent the salesman out within a couple days. He spent quite a long time on the roof & gave us an estimate that day. They were able to get us on the schedule right away & completed the job in 2 days. The second day they began work before 7:00 am & finished around 9:00 pm. Everything was cleaned up & hauled away immediately. We've had a couple of rains & thankfully there have been no signs of leakage. The roof looks great & I am very pleased with their hard work & professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

J & B West recently did siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters on my home. The crew worked hard and, aside from the gutters, everything was completed in three days. A few weeks later, another crew showed up and put up the gutters in one day. Their bid was more than fair compared to other estimates I received. As of now, my wife and I are very happy with the way the house has turned out and have received several compliments. There were only a few minor things that I wasn't completely happy with, but it was discussed with the project foreman and quickly taken care of. Over all, I am more than satisfied with the job and would certainly consider hiring them again.

I'm an old lady who lives alone. J & B WEST ENTERPRISES, LLC was the first company to come out and give me an estimate on my 900 sq ft bungalow in *** IN. They lied to me, told me I had 'shake' under my current shingles, and tried to scam me into a $13,824.77 replacement roof price. J&B's guy, who did estimate alone, never got on the roof! He sat in his truck and wrote up this ridiculous estimate. Did he think I would believe him because I'm an old lady? I had three other companies; Reliable Roofing, ***, and Advanced Roofing, come out after J&B, ALL of which got on top of my roof with ladder, took photos and did a thorough write up. All three companies told me there was NO SHAKE on my roof. All three companies quoted me half or less than half of J&B estimate. DON'T use ***. They are despicable scammers, and I have proof of their dishonesty. So very disappointing at a time when we need to trust companies who work on our homes.

July , J&B West Roofing, they took off the old roof, put on a new one, and took away the mess in 'bout five hours. When I checked it out, I noticed some problems with the four hip roofing ridge edges, the shingles on the edge were too loose, and there was damage to the rain edge and facia. I reached out to the area manager, Kyle ***, and he came over with one of his experts to check out the issues I had with the roof. The quick five-hour installation turned into 'bout 120 hours of repairs by two J&B West experts, Joe and John, who did a really great job fixing up our roof and facia. Lots of companies talk big about how satisfied you'll be and how they'll cover any problems, but J&B West actually came through and stood by their promise of good work. If you need any kind of construction work, you should definitely get in touch with them 'cause they take pride in their work and are more than happy to fix any problems for their customers. Now I have a roof that looks awesome and my neighbors even say how nice it is. I can't thank everyone at J&B West enough for a job well done!

and his crew are amazing; they really know what they're doing. His attention to detail and customer service skills are top-notch. The crew didn't mess around! They took down the old siding and light fixtures, then put up the new siding and lights all in one day. By the end of the day, they packed up their stuff and left without leaving any mess behind. All that was left was the beautiful work they did, which made me so happy.

Our sales guy, ***, did a great job keeping us informed about the insurance and contract stuff. We felt completely confident in everything. He even took time out of his busy schedule to come to our house when we asked. He was there when we wanted to see the soffit and siding color samples again. He was also there for the final inspection and paperwork. I really appreciated that he paid attention to the little things, like checking for any nails that could hurt my dogs once the crew left. Now, I look at my home with so much pride and gratitude. Thank you, ***!

I don't know where to start other than saying how sad and upset I am with this company. We hired them for a new roof and were excited when they started working. They worked fast and seemed efficient. They finished in no time and it honestly looks nice. But then it rained, both outside and inside. It took forever for someone to respond to me, only to find out that the workers had put a cracked vent back on. I'll get straight to the point because I'm sure this company thinks they've done enough to fix all the problems. But they haven't and they won't. They made promises they didn't keep, missed appointments, and the list goes on. But the worst part was when I turned on the furnace and realized it wasn't heating up properly. When the furnace repair company came, they found roofing debris in the chimney and the return vent was blocked, causing carbon monoxide to come back into the house. If I could, I would give them zero stars. They almost cost me my life. The water damage from their lack of roofing knowledge can't compare to the near-death experience I had.

At first, I was really happy with the service I got from J & B WEST ENTERPRISES, LLC. I had a water leak that messed up my basement ceiling, and they came the next day to take out all the damaged drywall and flooring. I asked them for a quote to fix it since I made a claim on my home insurance. I had to wait for weeks to get the quote from them. I sent them lots of emails and made phone calls, but finally, I got the quote. Then I tried to contact them again to move things forward, but it took them about a week to call me back. They wanted to know what was happening with my claim. That's when they told me that the person I was dealing with before doesn't work there anymore. They asked me to send them the quote that person gave me. I gave them the contact info for my insurance claim specialist, and I sent her the quote. A couple of weeks later, I called to check on the progress. My claim agent told me they were waiting for a sample piece of flooring from Renew. I had to call them again to send someone to get the sample. The next thing I got was a letter from State Farm saying they reviewed the quote and sent me a payment. Then I got a text message from someone named *** at Renew, asking me to send him a copy of the quote State Farm sent me so he could check it. And then I got an email with the same request. Emails? Text messages? Is this how they do business? When I replied to the email and told *** how unhappy I was with their service, I didn't get any response except for an email from the office assistant sending me an invoice for the work they did in August. Real classy.

After seeing a bunch of signs around, I figured J&B West would be a good company to get a quote from to fix my roof that got messed up by hail. Everything seemed alright at first. It was a bit weird that they wanted a copy of my insurance claim, showing what the insurance company would cover. It's like playing poker with all my cards face up. It's easy for them to know how much to charge if they know how much I'm getting from insurance. I assumed again that the estimate covered everything needed to fix the roof - WRONG. There's a little clause on line 3 that says, "Price subject to change upon supplementing." That's the catch. My final bill ended up being $3726 more than the original quote. They even tried to charge me twice for something. They replaced an awning that was already included in the insurance claim. Whoever ordered it did a lousy job measuring and ordering it. After they put it up, it was clear that it wasn't even close to what I originally had. I reached out to the salesperson I had been dealing with and told them my concern. He came over, checked it out, and said, "There's nothing we can do about it. We only had a limited amount to cover it, so we can't replace it." That's not the right answer to give me. They messed up, so they should fix it. After a serious talk with them, I managed to get them to lower the total by $1185 - which included the double charge and the awning replacement. My advice is to make sure everything you want is clearly written down, so they can't use the "supplementing" clause to their advantage.

I LOVE MY NEW ROOF.. they did a great job worked hard got the job done.. now I get to enjoy my porch.. cleaned up the yard really good!

Were extremely pleased and impressed with the honesty of our salesperson and the hard-working and conscientious crew replacing our house and shed roof:they were committed and thorough in completing and cleaning up any debris in the 90degree heat with no complaints! J&B West is professional and trustworthy from start to finish. The quote was detailed and informative, the crew showed up early and finished the same day, cleaning up as they worked. The next two days, different employees stopped by to check and make sure everything was done right, and they made two follow-up calls later to check again. I'm so impressed with this company and HIGHLY recommend. Also, the price was literally HALF what another company wanted to charge us. We love our new roof!

During the roof installation, one of the workers from J&B West Enterprises, LLC accidentally fell through and landed on our deep freezer. Unfortunately, this incident caused damage to our freezer. Additionally, while replacing the roof, they unintentionally cut through the ceiling in two of our rooms, resulting in unsightly holes. It was quite disappointing to see our ceilings in such a state after the roof replacement. Moreover, we were left with the task of cleaning up the mess that the company had left behind when removing the water-damaged portions. This cleanup included our spare bedroom, storage room, and utility closet. It took a combined total of 15 hours for the two of us to clean up the debris, vacuum, and shampoo the carpets.

On or about June 10, I contacted J&B Roofing to get my roof replaced. When I got there, they told me that if I told someone else about them and they got their roof done too, I would get $150 for each person I referred. I told them that my Aunt (***.) and my Mother-in-law (***.) were thinking about it. Both my Aunt and Mother-in-law got their roofs done by J&B Roofing. In October, I called J&B Roofing to ask when I would get the referral money. They said they would pay it in about a month, on their next quarter. I waited, but nothing came. So, on December 17, I called them again. They said they never got told that I referred the two houses and that they would check it out. Both my Aunt and Mother-in-law told me that they told J&B Roofing that I referred them. But, I still haven't gotten the referral payment yet. I think they're just hoping I forget about it.

I got a new roof put in and boy, oh boy, did I have some problems! There were leaks all over the place, causing damage to my drywall, trim, and even my precious carpet. The roofing folks had to come out multiple times before they finally figured out that there were a bunch of holes and gaps that weren't properly caulked during the roof installation. Can you believe it? This all happened back in May, and thankfully, the roof hasn't leaked since then. But let me tell you, it's been a real pain in the neck trying to get them to fix the damage inside my home. I've called them so many times, I've lost count. The last time I talked to them, they had the audacity to blame the leaking on the chimney cap. Can you believe that? We even had the chimney cap inspected, and guess what? No leaks! But just to be safe, we went ahead and replaced it in July. And you know what? Still no leaks after the roofing company fixed those darn holes and gaps from May. But here's the kicker - I've been calling them since July, leaving messages left and right, and guess what? Not a single call back. Can you believe the nerve? Now I'm really worried about mold because of all the water damage we've had in our home. I just want this fixed, pronto!
