As most of you know, the roof of your home is super important
As most of you know, the roof of your home is super important. My dad put a new roof on our house like 10 years ago. After he died, I had to get new insurance and they wanted a roof inspection. When the inspector went up there, he said the roof looked brand new. This is great news for me because if there were any problems, my insurance would make me pay $5,000 before they helped. But since the roof is in great shape, my payment went down to $1,000. I gotta give credit where it's due, so I wanna shout out D.K. Mason Roofing & Construction for doing an awesome job and saving me money on my insurance. Any roofer can do the job, but the real question is if they'll do it right or if they'll cut corners to make more money. I highly recommend calling Darren Mason, the owner of D.K. Mason Roofing & Construction, next time you have roofing issues. They'll get it done right the first time. When you're building your next home, make sure you put a roof on it that'll last, not one that'll cost you every time something goes wrong. Big thanks to Darren Mason and his team for their amazing work. I'm a happy customer for life!

I met with Neil, a sales rep for D
I met with Neil, a sales rep for D.K. Mason Construction, on Friday, Oct 8, 2021, to buy gutters and labor services. They said the color I picked was in stock. I got my work receipt and was told to call the office to make a down payment so they could set the installation date for the next week. On Monday, October 11, I called and paid the total cost of $2,641.95. They said they would contact me within the week to schedule the installation. About 2 days later, Colin, a rep, called my husband and said the gutters I chose weren't in stock. They would have to special order them, and it would take 3 weeks for them to arrive. We agreed to wait for the 3 weeks. After the 3 weeks passed, my husband contacted Colin again, and he said it would be another week. My husband told him we didn't want to keep waiting with such long delays. Another week went by before we asked for a refund and a discount. We wanted to talk to the owner, but they directed us to Joe, who turned out to be a manager, not the owner. Joe was rude, condescending, and disrespectful to our request. He threatened to leave the items on our property and take us to court for breaking the contract. Three different people said they would email us the contract, but as of Dec 6, they still haven't. By Dec 1, 8 weeks later, we told them we didn't want to do business with them anymore. We spoke to the owner, Mr. Mason, on December 6. He said he knew about our requests and customer service concerns but still refused to give us a discount or refund. As a consolation, he offered a 5% discount, but it would come out of Neil's commission. We said no to that. He asked my husband to share his concerns, and while he was talking, Joe yelled out that my husband was lying. Mr. Mason didn't scold Joe, but instead defended him. This kind of continuous and bold disrespect is why we want a refund.
