I had my roof fully fixd. These guys were very professional and got the job done and completed. I highly recommend these guys.

I am soooooo happy with the results from my new roof! Elite took really good care of me starting from Michael who did an awesome job with explaining and also getting me something I could afford. I was gonna go with another local company but I'm sooooo glad I chose them. I even got a call from customer service just to make sure I was satisfied. I will be contacting Michael to get more work done. Thank you Elite!

We used Elite Exteriors for roofing and siding on lots of jobs. They're pros, always on time, do great work (I used to be a contractor, so I know good work), and their prices are fair and on par with everyone else. It feels like a steal when I'm paying market price for a better job than their competition. The crews work fast, but they don't cut corners, they clean up after themselves, and they check in to make sure we're happy with everything.

I needed a new roof, so my neighbor gave me a card for Elite Exteriors. I called them and they came to check it out. They said my roof had hail damage and took care of everything with my insurance company to get it replaced. They met with the insurance adjuster and worked with the insurance company to make them pay for the whole roof replacement. I thought I would have to spend a lot of money, but in the end, I only had to pay my $1000 deductible! They even got my gutters replaced from the storm too! They put on better shingles than before and I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks a lot to the Elite Team!

Storm damaged home in March . 1st insurance report placed amount at approx. $28,000. Project included these major aspects: roof, all west side siding trim and underlayment, 2 garage doors, and 9 new storm windows. Elite removed all 12 windows, including the 3 that were undamaged. Elite then "lost" the undamaged windows after which they submitted documentation to my insurance, increasing the job to over $41,000 and causing my insurance to pay for the 3 windows Elite lost due to their negligence. Instead of installing brand new storm windows as required, Elite only replaced the glass in the 9 damaged frames then reinstalled them. Elite is charging me for 9 brand new windows. 7 months later, I am still without the 3 lost windows and still have the 9 old frames with new glass installed. Project requires over 75' of new vinyl siding "outer corners". Elite only replaced 20', (that doesn't match existing corners) leaving obviously damaged sections in place, but is charging me as if they had replaced all of it. The siding's underlayment requires replacement. Elite did not remove, dispose of nor replace the underlayment. They only covered the obviously damaged underlayment with new siding, but are billing me as if they did. Other than the 3 lost window issue, Elite refuses to discuss these and my numerous other complaints about shorted materials, incomplete work, and very poor workmanship. Elite only addresses the lost windows with an offer of a discount. No phone call to office has ever been returned. 3 letters were sent, only the last was responded to, albeit just demand full and immediate payment and make threats.

Unfinnished instullation of windos. Paid in full. To whom this may concern, 12/12. I purchesed some insullated windos from this company. However, one window wasn't mesured correctly and has not been replasing as of today 2/14. I called the sales personel Mr. *** and the owner / boss Mr. *** with no luck and later my phone number was blocked for farther calls As of today I am still waiting for one window to be replase.

I hired Elite Exteriors to do my roof, windows, and sliding door. They did a good job on my roof, no problems there. But when they tried to put in my sliding door, they broke the bushings. They did install all the windows, but they still needed to finish three of them. As for the sliding door, they only used two screws to hold it in place temporarily because it was damaged. Now, rain, wind, and bugs are getting in through the door and causing damage to my floor. They made several appointments to come back and finish the job, but they never showed up. They didn't even bother to call. It's been since March 7th since they were last here. I really want them to finish the job, but they keep giving me excuses and not getting it done. The rain coming in through the sliding door has caused my floor to buckle.

The company owes me *** for services not rendered in putting a pool up. In July the company was to put an above pool in and a door for *** they did other work putting in windows and taking out some trees no problem. But they wasted 3 days acting like they were working on the pool. One day they were working on their truck, on another day they were trying to get the backdoor open on their truck. On another day they didn't even show up. I had to call to ask where they were, one of them had been arrested. They came next day and still didn't do anything they were leaving finally decided they could not do it. John the sales guy talked to his boss and agreed they owed us the money. John kept telling me it was coming after 2 weeks still no money. Emily called and advised I had to fill out a W09 or she wasn't giving me the money. I asked her why and explained to her I am not paying taxes on refund money. It was like she was threatening me about our money,I was hollering at her because she was making very mad. Well I haven't seen a check yet. I need that money had to pay someone else to put the above ground pool together. Can you help us. Thank you in advance.
