Frontier Communications review: Service and account payment

I have made 25 calls to Frontier, and their system is unbelievable. I had two damage claims with them. Frontier has only resolved one issue, after leaving the driveway and lawn in complete mess. Second, the issue is the installation of the system, which is a very unprofessional display on the side of my home. I have provided images, and I trust that they will rectify this issue. The first photo is of the two boxes attached to my home; the second is a picture of my neighbor's home. The installer asked for permission to use the existing insert in my home. I said yes. As you can see, the two boxes and all the wiring and cables are not insulated. On the other hand, the second picture depicts my neighbor's box on the right. It is professionally attached, wires/cables installed, and only one box and "patch the holes" created. To see the pictures correctly, they would have to be rotated.
