On or about Dec 12, 2025, we lost land line service, I called it in. On Dec 15,2025 service man called and said an aerial portion of line along highway had been cut and stolen. Since then, I get a message every day" we are working on it". My December billing was for full amount and still no phone. we are senior citizens, doctors , pharmacy, hospital all have this number for contact. As of Jan 6,2026 still no phone! Full credit is expected as well as an estimate of finished repair date. Also for many days outage repots said everything was working.
