Frontier communications had a today meltdown in DFW area on August 20/21st 2026. In calling to rectify billing credit, I inquired as to why my Internet had jumped $15 for a base coverage this month without prior notice. Going from $89.99 a month to $104 99. I shared that I had a screenshot from earlier in the day of them advertising $49.99 for five years for same service. They would not honor this price to current customers which means an overcharge of $3300 over the five-year term. Predatory pricing.
