The installer fell through the ceiling of my hallway causing extensive damage. I spoke with a Todd Richardson (unknown title) from Frontier and he stated " Frontier will take care of damage. Well the damaged was repaired. I tried to get in contact with Todd to discuss my expenses I incurred due to the installers negligence. I have left several messages on Todd's voice mail, to this date he has not returned any of my phone calls. I have contacted Frontier communications complaint line and all they say" someone will call you back. This is by far the WORSE customer service I have encountered. Please be aware...
