Frontier has the worst customer and billing service I have experienced. One they are dishonest about no start up costs because they charge you to restock the equipment when you discontinue. Due to poor internet reliability I quit. They would not send out technician to fix and I work from home. I had billing question and have called to receive detailed billing multiple times for months and they have not complied. They cut off access to my mobile app so I could not see billing myself. Still no billing detail and they are threatening to send me to collections with no detailed billing detail. I have spent hours on phone trying to get statements. If I could give zero stars I would
