Frontier is laying fiber optics cable in our neighborhood over the last month of late March and early April 2026 in St. Petersburg, Fl. The work crew dup up our yard and stated that they would replace the grass and leave our lawn as they found it. Instead, we have a hole in the front left corner of our lawn where they installed the access, and a line of dead patches of grass along the area where they dug. The company did not provide any info on who to call if there is a problem. I can't get through to anyone thru customer service; they j keep disconnecting call. We now have to buy dirt and approximately 20 plates of grass to get our lawn back to it's former state.
Claimed loss: Crew digging to lay Frontier fiber optics cable messed up our lawn. Left hole near opening and did not replace significant portion of grass dug up.
Desired outcome: Have company re-imburse us cost to repair our property or come fix the hole and replace the dead stretch with new grass.
