We went in to Verizon to make a change to our cell phones. Guy talked us into converting from Spectrum (cost would be about half what we currently pay). I have noticed several people on our street with Frontier trucks & thought that would be a good sign. We scheduled the install for a 1-5pm block. At 7 pm the night before, I get a text stating they've changed the install appointment to between 8am & 5pm. After going round with their chat bot, I'm like 'FINE'... & rearrange everything. At 7am the morning of the install, I get another text - they changed it back to 1-5pm. Ticked off, I get on the bot again. If they are going to jerk me around before they even get the install done... I decide it's not worth it. I try to cancel the install on the bot & they say they can't do it. I have to call & they send the number. Call the number (it's 7:15 AM), go through the prompts only to be told they don't open till 8 am. OK, well I'll go to the website to make sure my cc info is removed. The website is down to 'make improvements' & you can't remove cc info through the app. ARGHHH!
Also, they left one of their cables for a neighbor laying across our property for almost two weeks. When they finally got around to burying it, it's barely an inch below the surface. Praying it doesn't work it's way up and get wound up in a lawnmower.
Recommendation: Stay away... Far away....
