I agree that Frontier has the worst customer and billing service I have experienced.
They charge you early termination fee for about $150. They are dishonest about no start up costs because they charge you to restock the equipment when you discontinue.
They are currently in a lawsuit for Overcharging people and being dishonest.
Find another Internet company to save money and headaches.
