I bought a 2004 *** from this dealership in mid December. It wasn't inspected when I saw it. I went back a week later for inspection. They fixed a ball joint during inspection. When I drive straight, the wheel is tilted to the right and it also pulls to the right. When it's wet outside, the car swerves all over the road. I had to buy 2 sets of front tires and pay for an alignment because of their mechanic's mistake. The mechanic I took it to told me that someone else had previously loosened the bolts related to the alignment. They gave me a printout of the before and after they did the service. The car had only been to the dealer mechanic until I got the alignment. In the before printout, it showed that the same tire that had the ball joint replaced was the one that was misaligned. When I contacted the previous owner, he blamed it on the roads in PA. I've been driving on these roads for 20 years and never had an alignment problem.
