FromYouFlowers.com review: Poor service and lack of intelligible communication in customer service.

I have used this company for many years and been very satisfied. However, the company must be under new management because nothing ran smoothly with my order.
I ordered flowers on March 8th for a March 11th delivery before 5:00 PM. It is now after 5:30 PM on March 12th and the flowers have not arrived. The tracking number is from UPS. The flowers were ordered for Ridgeway, SC and were coming from Atlanta, GA - Why? I have no idea. All I got from customer service was that UPS would deliver. FYF offered me a $10 discount off my next order. Thanks, but no thanks. They have seen the last of me.
