Frito-Lay review: Cheetos floor snacks

I regularly purchase the snack size packs of chips in the large 48 count box. Lately the quality has been getting worse and worse. The latest problem (the straw that broke the camel's back) was finding a package that seemed over full. My first reaction was that I got a bonus fill. When I opened the bag and popped a couple of the Cheetos crunchy snacks in my mouth, I noticed a grayish dust on the snack and the super stale pieces in my mouth were immediately spat back into the bag.
They seemed to be pieces that had been swept off the floor. I immediately sent a nicely worded complaint to them through their email. It has been nearly a week, and I've heard NOTHING back from them, although their automated reply said they would be in touch within 2 days.
I am now on the search for an alternative to my daily lunch snack. PepsiCo has totally disappointed me.
