Disappointing Quality and Inconsistent Taste: Frito-Lay Chips Fail to Impress
The chips from Frito-Lay are not good most of the time. It seems like they are trying to save money by using less oil and including burnt chips in the mix. I bought three bags from the same store, and each one had a different and unpleasant taste. I paid a high price for something that is basically garbage. I have given Frito-Lay many opportunities to improve, but now I have reached my limit. I am switching to BETTER MADE chips, which I hope will be a better choice.

I recently purchased a 40 count multipack chips box and each of the packs are labeled Guaranteed Fresh until 15 Jul 2025... So far, of the handful of bags I've tried more then half of the chips are stale and I had to throw out because they are inedible. The production label is

On 05-01-2025 I purchased a container of Stax from the Marc's Store in Chardon Ohio, (UPC [protected]), Most of the chips were crumbled,IWAS VERY DISSAPOINTED ALL THE CHIPS WRE BROKEN
I bought Cheetos Dec.12th,2024 at Sams Club and one whole bag and one half bag were funny looking and so hard you could not eat them. I buy Cheetos all the time and never none like these! A waste of my money. I really can not add any more,you have enough info.I guess you will not make it right so i will not buy anymore.
I have enjoyed Frito-Lay Jalapeno Fritos in the past, but for some reason our Safeway store in Stayton Oregon is no longer carrying this particular brand. Can that brand be brought back?
