Frigidaire review: Warranty is worthless. Service representative downright lie.

I purchased a Frigidaire Portable Air Conditioner and six weeks later it quit working. I called the service-warranty department and they said a new one would be shipped to me and to expect it within ten days. That never happened. I have called no less than 10 times and get the same run around. They act like they are concerned and then put me on hold and come back to tell me that the department that handles that is not available or they will send me an email. Never happens and they can never connect me with a supervisor. Today I told them they were liars and to connect me with a supervisor. Fional got someone who claimed to be a supervisor who put me on hold and the call was immediately disconnected. Do not trust this company and certainly do not buy their overpriced extended warranty.
