Frigidaire review: Frigidaire has aweful customer support

Bought a Frigidaire side-by-side refrigerator, model number GRSS265AF, 1 month ago. From day 1 it has been making noises similar to an airplane taking off. Have had 3 technicians out to diagnose, to no avail. The last technician wrote up in his service ticket that the unit could not be repaired. Unit is still under warranty. Have been fighting with them to do the right thing and replace our refrigerator with a properly functioning unit. They actually denied the request because they want a "master technician", whatever the hell that means. to come out and diagnose. They refuse to do the right thing and replace the unit. We want nothing more than a new unit! I wish there was an option for zero star review.
