Model # FFTR1835VW lasted 8 months. Bought Oct 4, 2024 broke down July 2, 2025. called and said repairmen available in my area. Promised a replacement which never happened. Then said they found a repairman. Never showed up never called. rescheduled by email for a month later 8/19/2025! So you live without a refrigerator until when? Worst customer service ever and faulty products! Don’t buy from Lowe’s not anything Electrolux owns.

Recommendation: Stay away from Lowe’s and anything Electrolux
