Frigidaire review: endless cycle of breakdowns and runaround

Bought a refrigerator from Lowe's 08/2024. Completely died on 07/01/25. Lost everything inside. Sent a repairman out and he said it was the defrost timer. He said it was the 5th one that week on the exact same model that he had seen. Had to wait for the part to come in and then he replaced it. After 30mins the unit started to get extremely hot. I actually burned my hand on the metal between the freezer and fridge. It completely shut off. It started back up on it's own and ran for a couple hours, got hot and then shut off for hours. Had to call 4 times to get customer service to set up another appointment for the repairman to come back out. He came out and said that it's not repairable. I waited six days with zero response from Frigidaire. When I called, customer service said that they said that they hadn't received any information from the repairman. It's just an endless cycle of runaround.
