Frigidaire review: Refrigerator

1)frosting up in freezer 2)doors cooked 3) packing film is under trim so it is still showing.

so, the frosting may be because the doors are crooked, the repair man they sent said the doors can't be fixed but would ask Frigidaire to give him recommendation with sent photo. Frigidaire said they have no request or photo. the packing film can't be removed without using a razor which will risk me scratching the finish. they are sending repair man out again to confirm it can't be fixed and i have a new reference number. starting over it sounds like...
