Purchased Nov 2020 with extended warranty. Delivered Jan 2021. From day 1 had ice build up at bottom of door. Found bottom of door bent up. Would not warranty. Over $200.00 out of pocket to replace. Sill would not seal. Replaced door seal twice at $160.00 each. Would not warranty. Found both side walls bowed out 1 inch. Door reset numerous times. Still does not seal. Circuit board stuck in defrost mode (lost everything) $80.00 to replace. Would not warranty. Ice build up inside bottom, found drain tray bent to inside of freezer draining to inside of freezer to this day door will not seal

Claimed loss: cost of freezer plus all parts paid out of pocket and all food lost is close to $3000.00

Desired outcome: replace freezer
