Have talked with over a dozen team members in the last 6 weeks to get information about a claim. Have had assurances of approval, ticket numbers, order numbers, and even phone numbers (which were wrong) to check with shipper (RDC).
Seems like I have been scammed.
All team members claim I need to wait 5 days, 7-9 days, 10 days, to get confirmation or approval or replacement information.
I’m no farther ahead than I was 6 weeks and a dozen calls later.
Claimed loss: Bought solicited extended warranty I received in the mail for a Frigidaire dehumidifier. Device failed 2 months after purchase and have been trying to get repair or replacement for over six weeks.
Desired outcome: I want them to send me the new unit I was told was approved.
