I have an account with Freewallet and I transferred 366 xrp to them on Dec 31 2025 And Freewallet is not releasing the coins to my account or give me a refund. I have transaction record and everything I give them everything they ask for and still making me jump thru hoops with no resolution! This is beyond criminal!
I'm not sure you can do anything but it would be appreciative

Claimed loss: 800-1000 US$

Desired outcome: return my 366 xrp to Newton

I have responded to every email and supplied all they asked for, They are lying to you !
I've seen the hundreds of complaints about fraud with the same scenario ! I have 50 plus emails dating back Jan 31 2025 showing the run around.
