I got f**k
These scammers only request payment, and when it is time to withdraw, they will keep asking fo more money for different silly reasons. I was able to get most of my money back by consulting an expert, Creekmonat Tech, online who assisted me.
Of course usually after report like this you get to read the robot response that tech-support will be with you right away but unfortunately after having had experience with them and their IQ I am sure that this is going to sit a lot longer. Additionally I understand that Crypto.com is spending millions of dollars purchasing new headquarters. It’s pretty idiotic when you see that they are not investing in tech support, as others are saying, which is usually the most important thing you can do to keep your business going what else if not creekmonat tech

Don’t get this app
I was recommended this app by my brother but I should’ve used my own discretion whether or not I wanted to use it.
First of all, the interface is confusing and not very user friendly. Second of all, this app is designed to take your money. I hate the fact that I can’t really transfer one coin for another. I can only sell it, go into another currency, and then buy the currency that I actually want. Typically the option to sell is merely buying crypto.com’s own currency. I wound up losing money when I do that because their currency is constantly going down. That then means I have less currencies that I can buy. I lost out on a lot of money simply because of this feature. Mind you, they call it a wallet, so I didn’t know I had to download a separate app (which apparently has fees). That should have been disclosed when you sign up so I’m not stuck thinking that’s just how they do things. Second of all, the prices aren’t accurate. When I go to sell coins it’s always less than what is shown. So say the app says I have $587 worth of currencies, when I go to sell it it’ll say I actually have $569 worth of currency. Extremely confusing and frustrating. Also, I have realized that they show the market prices being higher than what they are. There’s also been a glitched graph that led me getting into a bad investment. The 3 and 6 month graphs were instead showing the 1 week graph for some reason, but only specifically for that investment. I hadn’t seen that anywhere else. Another graph showed completely different price fluctuations. They said that at 7 am one currency went down to $1.40 ish when that wasn’t the case. It was actually around $2.15 ish. The time I woke up and checked was early 9 o’clock and it said it was at $1.94. When I went backed and checked later today it said it was actually at $1.32 at 9 and didn’t rise back up to $1.94 until 10:45 am with a steady incline. So I missed out on a big opportunity to buy currencies because of another glitch. This has been a horrid experience. I’m using coinbase, it’s easier to navigate.
Disappointment and an embarrassment to Cryptocurrency
The Crypto.com service in THEORY is the perfect service for me.
Basically from the moment I downloaded the app my experience has only been negative.
Support:
Initially support was very quick to respond and semi helpful. As I had more continued issues, support responses slowed down drastically sometimes taking multiple days at a time.
I have had numerous issues, some of them being what I see as being major issues but all of them were handled with the same mediocre responses.
Crypto wallet:
One major issue was a crypto deposit (ETH) not ever showing up after over 24 hours of waiting. Deposits afterwards to the same address showed up. It took me submitting a ticket and waiting well past 48 hours for my deposit to be credited. What if this had been the bulk of my crypto funds? In a volatile market like this losing access to your funds for over 2 days can mean the difference between getting the payment completed you need, or losing 20-30% on your crypto value.
Crypto deposits are never instantly credited like they should be if you were using a traditional crypto wallet. It is very clear that someone is screening every deposit coming in which is semi understandable from a fraud perspective, but somehow Coinbase and Gemini can let me spend my crypto within moments of a deposit being initiated but Crypto.com deposits take at best minutes, commonly at worst, hours or days.
Credit card:
Then the credit card. The main attraction right. Wait months and months after going through a hefty KYC/AML process. They mark my card as shipped and after a month it never shows up. Contact support and tango with them for days and am told a new card is shipped and to wait up to 2 weeks for it show. Once again, nothing ever comes. Contact support, they admit they never sent another one and now want me to go through deeper KYC HAHAH nice try MCO, but you can keep the card.
Summary:
Your service is a joke top to bottom and an embarrassment to crypto. I hope you aren’t roping in too many people new to crypto, because if dealing with MCO is their first experience they are sure to lose faith in crypto if not think it’s a scam all together. 0 out of 5 stars if I could.
My experience
Been investing on Crypto.com since April and just recently had a problem in my checking account that forced me to close my account , since my purchases was done via debit card i had no idea of what my experience would lead me to ,Bank of America had paused all transactions from a particular day which had one purchase that i made on Crypto.com. So no body from crypto.com had no contact with me I started noticing that i could not buy coins anymore, so I contact them and I notified them that i had no update dates the updates i had it was 2 day ago and my app was not letting buy, then I discovered that they had mo call center no 1800 to call to solve problems everything done on app chat that they forward all chat toca different team, so I discovered then that they suspended my account do to a transaction of $246.46 ,so after 3 weeks trying to get a letter that they requested me ( dispute cancellation letter) which is just a confirmation that i no longer will dispute a transaction that was mistaken by the bank associate ,how ever this people from Crypto.com i offered on day one to pay for the amount $246.46 and deal with Bank of America so my account with Crypto.com could be restored faster they refused snd insisted on that letter , today Friday November 12,2021 this matter still pending do to the app not offering a different option , Bank of America sent two letters and they refused 1 stated that transaction was reversed second they said that bank made a error and transaction dispute was cancel they refused that letter too didn’t meet their standard for dispute cancellation letter so I requested today November 12,2021 a third letter snd i asked : please make me a letter like you do to a [censored] : this is a dispute cancellation letter , we Bank of America are here stating that the claim number ….. this dispute has been cancel. It means you already got the money on day one and we are not going to try to cancel again cause it was a bank error. So please guys don’t invest your hard working money on this app cause if something goes wrong you going to regret that you did has been more then 3 weeks to fix a problem that could or should be resolved on day one.
Easy to use but good luck buying anything consistently
I’ve been using the app now for about two weeks. I love the design and the layout. Easier to use than most out there. I actually think this company has a lot of potential in spite of everything that I write that follows! However I say what I say honestly in the comment below.
One small problem… Meaning really there is one huge problem: you can buy… Sometimes.
For instance, the crypto market crashed briefly leaving a huge opportunity to buy this week. However for 4 days I have been unable to buy using this app (even Crypto.com coin lol!). 2nd time I contacted customer support on this issue in 2weeks. On this occasion, it has been 24 hours and the market has nearly entirely recovered and most of the opportunities are missing, but still no response from tech-support… usually a report like this means the guy, me, does not know what he’s doing or is very inexperienced with his device. Neither are the case for me. This includes resetting the phone, closing the app out completely and starting fresh and repeating those steps multiple times. Does this mean I have been unable to buy anything? No. I have when I first loaded the app 2 weeks ago. Consistently, absolutely not. I have missed 9 different buys in the space of one week and have failed to have the app carry them out. I hate to make fun of tech-support, but when I went through everything with them and told them the issue he said they would keep an eye on it but not bump it up because he never had a report like this before lol! Of course I looked at the reviews and this has been an issue before but apparently tech-support must be eating ham sandwiches instead of reading reviews.
Of course usually after report like this you get to read the robot response that tech-support will be with you right away but unfortunately after having had experience with them and their IQ I am sure that this is going to sit a lot longer. Additionally I understand that Crypto.com is spending millions of dollars purchasing new headquarters. It’s pretty idiotic when you see that they are not investing in tech support, as others are saying, which is usually the most important thing you can do to keep your business going…
My two cents…triple tech support and get on these glitches that are costing you and me money.
My Go-To Crypto Exchange
I never leave reviews. I’ve done this a handful of times. But I was shocked to see this had 4.4 stars, so I feel compelled to write this...
I haven’t even signed up for the card yet, because I’m saving up enough to get the mid-range (Jade/Blue) card- which would equate to staking about $2.5k in MCO coins (Crypto.com currency). I’ve only used it for buying and earning interest on my coins.
In my experience, it’s been an amazing app/platform. It’s very straightforward, and the interest I’ve earned on CRO (their other token) has allowed for me to triple my investment in 2-3 months. I’m sure if I was more active in trading, it would be much higher. The interest rates, for staking coins, is about the highest I’ve seen on any platform...
The only features missing, that I would love to see on the platform would be:
1. The ability to set limits and stop losses on your coins (similar to Binance).
2. To see the MCO that you have to stake, in order to get the card, change along with the price of the coin (if I had purchased 500 MCO when it was trading for $2-$3, the card I would have the card I want by now)... making it something more like a stable coin (like PAX or DAI).
3. My bank charges an international transaction fee whenever I purchase on the app. It’s a small fee (like 33¢) - but it’d be great if there was a way to add money to the account without being charged every time.
And...
4. Adding indicators/volume to the charts, in order to plan a better entry point.
Aside from that... it’s reliable, it has a wide variety of coins to purchase, and the prices are typically lower for certain coins - it lags a bit, when cross referencing Binance at the same time. So you can typically enter on a coin before it reaches the price I see on other platforms.
I use different platforms for different coins - USDC and Tezos on COINBASE for the transaction fee and higher staking %, on Tezos, and I use Binance for tracking and setting limits for certain coins. But as the “topic” of this review states... CRYPTO.COM is my go-to.
It’s my favorite platform by far... I look forward to the day I can afford the card I want (the rewards are amazing).
If this platform integrates all of the other features I mentioned; I would never need another crypto service.
I’m definitely a fan!
A much BETTER App. An excellent central crypto exchange
ITS A POOR EXCHANGE. IT ADVERTISES A CARD THAT IS NEVER SENT TO YOU GUESS WHY? BECAUSE VISA/MASTERCARD IS NOT REGULATED TO DISTRIBUTE CRYPTO CARDS FOR PAYMENT IN US MARKETS. NOR MANY OTHER COUNTRIES. THE HOPE IS THAT IT IS EVENTUALLY REGULATED, IT WILL NOT BE. CRYPTO.COM IS A SCAM. THEY ALSO WANT YOU TO STAKE MONEY (LOTS OF IT) FOR THE MAKEBELIEVE CARD. THE HOPE IS THAT STAKED $CRO IS SECURING THE NETWORK. OBVIOUSLY NOT. WHICH BRINGS ME TO MY NEXT POINT:
THE NETWORK, THE APP, THE ENTIRE CRO BLOCKCHAIN IS NOT A STABLE THING TO USE TO TRADE. FOR EXAMPLE: ETHEREUM CLASSIC TRENDS A COUPLE DAYS AGO, THE CHARTS IN THE GREEN. YOU BUY. THEN THE APP CRASHES. BECAUSE THERES SO MANY PEOPLE TRYING TO GET THAT ONE CRYPTO AND THIS APP CANT HANDLE THE TRAFFIC. BUT THIS NEVER HAPPENS ON UNISWAP, BINANCE, OR ANY EXCHANGE WITH ANY CREDIBILITY.
Edit May 25:
The app has improved IMMENSELY since my review of it. There are still issues here and there but it operates in a similar way to what Coinbase’s app does now. I do appreciate that. Now the card issue hasn’t changed, it still remains “issued” in my account and i’m sure that means produced on their end but not mailed as a result of no real regulation with crypto/Visa transactions. I was right and wrong in my prior review, this exchange, like every other exchange (even DeFi), eventually does crash. It’s not a unique situation nor was it the fault of Crypto.com that day. They have a status page to track what’s down, and see what’s up unlike many others. These are helpful tools atleast for a Central Exchange like this to see when something is down. All in all, Crypto.com offers a lot of the coins that you’ll notice Uniswap offering, rising coins that you just can’t get so easily. There are some that are only available through this app, as opposed to Binance, so if you’re still waiting for verification there, try Crypto.com. Within the next year I can see them rising to an effective “alternative to” Binance market for people who need the crypto quick, or newbies who are looking to buy into some of the hot coins. I do trust this exchange before others and I have retracted my 1 star to a 4 star review as a result. The higher review is because of the improved app performance and an unmatched Customer Service Team that responds within a 24 hour period ♂️ it is what it is.
Card is a waste of time
This is a pretty good exchange, though the spread fees on certain tokens are extremely high. My main complaint is the much touted Crypto.com rewards Visa card. The card, and Crypto.com as a whole, are very much not user friendly.
I got my virtual card while awaiting the physical copy. There is no way to use the virtual card to make purchases in-person. There is no way to add it to Apple Pay from the app. What? So I add it manually. Then I have to call an offshore call center for “approval”. They submit a request and tell me that in 24 hours I may be able to use my card with Apple Pay. That is fine, I can deal with that.
As a last ditch, being short on funds in my actual bank account, I attempted to send payment with PayPal and Cashapp to load my money on a physical card I can use for groceries—since crypto.com does not support instant withdrawals (another negative since you absolutely can on Coinbase). Maybe I should’ve left my portfolio on Coinbase, because they don’t have a mind boggling array of excuses to keep you from your own money! Coinbase even lets you cash out directly to PayPal, which is handy if you need to send emergency funds to somebody else.
I was informed by chat support agent Kristien, that Crypto.com has a lengthy list of things you cannot do with your own money. This Visa card does not work with PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo, or any service like that. You also apparently can’t do cash advances (though ATM is allegedly a-okay). Make sense of that! Completely a misrepresentation because it is marketed as a debit card, but in reality is just a crappy gas station reloadable card.
In short, don’t waste your time. I cannot think of a single benefit to having this card. If a bank has the hubris to tell me I can’t use my own money, then I don’t need that bank. The rewards for this card are also underwhelming— I only got it for emergency access to my own money without waiting 6-10 business days for an ACH to get approved and deposited into my checking.
That’s another thing! Why do I have to wait for crypto.com to approve a withdrawal for my own USD? Once again, they seem to have an odd power trip about protecting people from their own money. This is not typical among other crypto exchanges. I also do not appreciate the 10% spread for buying and selling Luna Classic. Talk about a hosing.
Crypto.com, do better!
Matt Damon here I come!
Filled out the application, uploaded my state drivers license (front & back), face photo! BAM!
Somethings wrong...okay, gotta try again...
That didn't work...okay, gotta try again...
Wow, still a problem, no idea what's wrong...i'll try again.
More than 10 times.
Okay, lets try to upload an alternate (CWP) state issued id.
Instantly rejected as 'unsupported.'
After I realized this isn't going to work, I contacted customer support with my problem and possible explication - I have a beard now, my in my license pic no beard...and the horror began. 'Please login and contact us through the app'...well, I can't login, I don't have an account.
So, they wanted a picture of me with my name, the current date, and the site 'crypto.com' written on it...no problem...had to send two of these since my elbow was visible in the first...understandable. I offered (more than once) to upload my passport.
No reply...follow-up requesting an update - new person, same email that started it - 'Please login and contact us through the app.' after more of the same, I requested they stop sending these automated replies, and that I was a human. then came the 'We apologize for the inconvenience' auto reply emails. Future replies continued to ignore previous emails (that they are replying to) and started over with the 'We apologize for the inconvenience that you have to endure. We are looking forward to your reply.' AND THEN 'Rate your conversation' emails started coming in.
I was repeatedly replied to by a new 'person': Sharon, Kash, Puck, Charles, Armin, Dex, Vinny, Nicolle, Reya, Yaron, and others. Each reply began without reference to my reply and a standard
The grand finally: 'Unfortunately, we can not proceed with your application. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions 'We're entitled to refuse/suspend accounts at any time. Kind regards.''
Here's the thing, I STILL WANT TO JOIN crypto.com! CoinZoom Pro, which has the same requirements (name, photo id (front and back), and 'live' face picture) uploaded and approved right away!
Customer service IS a big deal, it's not needed when things go smoothly, it's needed when there's a problem...and here's what you'll get: A month wasted, tons of emails, 20 or so new pen pals, multiple failed uploads, and a partridge in a pear tree...and 'You're done because we can do whatever we want. Kindly!'
I hope you never have any trouble with your account!
Too many issues. Read the reviews
First off they make it easy to start an account and connect to your bank account so you can start buying as soon as possible. However, everything after that is an issue and their way to prevent you from maximizing your portfolio. I’ve been using the app since February . In a short amount of time I’ve been using this app,I’ve had too many issues with it.
The first issue is once you get your money into crypto.com they make it very hard for you to extract your funds. You either have to transfer it to the US dollar coin or transfer it into your FIAT wallet. I’ve been trying to get approved through them so I can use the feature of the Fiat wallet, It’s been a month and I’m still pending approval. Another friend of mine has been waiting since February for them to authorize his account. The lack of authorization traps you into keeping your money with the company until they see fit to authorize your FIAT. The market recently has dipped and I wanted to extract some of my funds move them into other coins. For the past four days I was unable to see my portfolio buy, sell, transfer or pay others. Because the app wasnt working, it stopped me from utilizing any profits or stadegy I had. Unfortunately now the market is below my stop price. It took them four days to resolve the issue.
Fees: The reviews about the fees are true. However I downloaded the crypto.com defy wallet and figured it was a good spot to store my coins since I’m unable to extract them do their process. I wanted to put 15 million Shiba Inu in their wallet. The fee they wanted to charge me was 5 million of my Shiba Inu, OUTRAGEOUS! I’m sure the response to this review will include you can review our fees at the following blah blah blah. I cancel the transaction to send it to another wallet. Their customer service is always one and a half to two days response time. Not to mention it always comes with some type of general reply apologizing for the response time due to the popularity of the app. I don’t believe it’s the popularity of the app, I believe they are overwhelmed with the complaints and issues people are having.
I do not recommend this app it’s full of problems and prevents you from profiting in your portfolio. I have no doubt in my mind once your portfolio hits its goals and he’s maximize your profits conveniently the app will crash or have a “popularity issue” preventing you frow Withdrawning your cash.
Many, many red flags
Hello Crypto.com
Congratulations! You are the winner of my first ever review on the App Store. Unfortunately, there is not really anything too positive after that. I am just going to share my experience and why I am leaving this review, and hopefully it is helpful for others.
So I have been a Crypto.com user for roughly two years. As a whole, it’s been a adequate experience. I was interested in the array of different coins being offered coupled with their credit card options, so I signed up. Up until this point, the app has worked. There isn’t anything too inherently special about it, but it functioned for what I needed it to do, so I just did what I needed to do.
I was notified that there was a new update on the app, and I had to upgrade before I could access my account, so I proceeded to do so. As soon as I tried to log back in, I was immediately promoted that I had a jail broke/rooted device. Found this odd since my phone isn’t, so I then tried on different friends and family phones and tablets and still got the same error, which is when I started my nearly month long battle with the Crypto.com (that is still going on) about how to resolve the issue. Their replies are usually one to two sentences asking for random bits of information that is vital before they proceed, and most of which they request be sent via the app that cannot be accessed. They also send emails around 3am-5am (I live in the west coast, so maybe that’s just wherever their based). However, they often send a quick follow up email right after their initial one saying things like you haven’t been online for awhile, so I’m glad we were able to resolve your issue. Not sure how they are coming up with that logic, but it’s best not to question random stuff like that at this point. I am now at the point where I have given them pretty much anything that they could possibly ask for, and they are still denying me access for security reasons. Though they have sent confirmation that it is indeed my account, they need to discuss internally how they want to proceed.
So basically, they have my money sitting that I can’t access, which of course, like any other person, I’m sure would cause frustration.
With everything mentioned about, I felt compelled to write a review. There are some many other exchanges out there that have figured out the basics of security that they seem to be hung up on that it may be better to look elsewhere.
Don’t go with Crypto.com - questionable and unresponsive customer support! Read full review!
My customer service experience has been the worst, especially when it comes to your financial assets you would expect they’re being sensitive to your needs when it comes to resolving issues.
Crypto.com doesn’t have a customer service number, can you imagine?! So there is no way to resch someone about an urgent matter whether that’s a security concern, or removing a hold on your account.
I was in the middle of a large withdrawal of XRP to a wallet, Crypto.com deducted it from my account but never executed the transaction by depositing into my destination wallet, then suggested to validate my credit card which was totally unrelated (I made several thousands of dollar of transaction the week prior without them being concerned, it was a deposit afterall, not a withdrawal). So they simply disabled my account, pretty much freezing it.
I did as suggested, provided the information requested, however there is still a hold on my account, can’t move any of my assets (ironic, isn’t the digital currency technology exactly trying to eliminate the third party to have power over your funds, yet, here they are doing the exact opposite)
It would be one thing if I’d be able to give them a call and resolve the issue in a timely manner, however, several attempts through their chats on their website as well as their customer service email address (NO phone number available!) were left unanswered wondering what’s going on with thousands of funds stuck somewhere without me knowing, they’ve never arrived at the destination nor are reflected in my Crypto account.
I’m a very patient person and I never write reviews (especially a long one like this) as it takes a lot for me to actually get to a point to complain, but this horrible customer service when it comes to your assests/money is simply unacceptable. There have been other concerns since I started using Crypto.com about two weeks ago but I’m confident this lays out the foundation of what Crypto.com is about when it comes to customer support!
I’m out, don’t trust them with your funds!
Update:
Two days later I got an email response, saying that the delay is due to increased inquiries and they appreciate my patience. Now it’s day 3, nothing has happened, my account is still locked up - I’ve never had a worse customer service experience. Choose an exchange that has a customer service number like COINBASE.
To the Crypto team member who responded to my post. I’ve tried all avenues available, your in app chat and your email support is the issue! You need live customer support, and qualified people to solve issues, not just tell me you can’t handle the increase in inquiries (also not a good sign).

MY initial experience
Edit: been in it for about a month. I actually really enjoy the app. Still a newbie but Ive had a great experience for far. Got my steel card, making money with Earn feature.
Original review…
I am new to crypto & I was looking for an app that had a little bit of everything based off what I know/understand so far about brokerages/ coin exchanges The crypto debit cards swayed my opinion and incentivize me to join the CRO community. Along with the ability to transfer funds via debit card. The easier and more simple and all in one with a variety of coins unlike CB... It’s been about a week. Getting set up was easier than a couple of the other exchanges. I am still pending for one btw... However, CDC app is user friendly and pretty intuitive. I like the tracking and the info provided on each crypto. The interface isn’t confusing and I like their charts. Some charts on other apps look very “busy” to me and as a beginner. CDC is easy to work with. I did get signed up for the jade green. It made too much sense and besides the looming idea that crypto is unstable, I couldn’t think of a better reason not to. As always, only invest what you can afford but you get more “interest “ than the fiat just sitting in the bank in a traditional savings. HERES THE BAD DEAL. With the staking, I wired the money to CDC and it was available pretty quickly. I figured I could by 4K worth of CRO first (thats the T&C as of April ) and then finish my card application. This did not work at first. It keep saying insufficient balance and tried to make me use my debit card. The funds where already there and i kept looping around trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. It scared me tbh. However, the amount of CRO i needed to purchase was actually $4150. They had a set amount of CRO in addition to saying buy “$4000” worth. Which i guess makes sense bc everyone stakes the “same” amount of CRO and it accounts for the volatile nature of crypto. But still, it was misleading to me and I probably didn’t read some fine print. This confusion prompted me to do a help desk message. Aside from being automated at first and auto generating links to FAQ (that was annoying) I typed up my problem. They respond within 24 hours. I did end up spending the extra 100 and my card has been issued. I am waiting patiently but I heard it could take up to 2 months. Hopefully i wont have to wait that long... All in all, I’m pretty happy so far. The CRO benefits will hopefully pay off with the interest and CRO back with purchases. I am not looking forward to the fees after my 30 days but hopefully as the company grows they can lower them. I DO feel super safe and secure with my money and coins on this app. Hope this helps someone decide on if they will use the app. I hope to remain a long time user.
Crypto.Com App & Card
It works OK, simple and easy enough to understand. HOWEVER, it does not report the actual value of live cryptocurrencies, everything is marked up a small percentage which renders features like the “target price” purchasing option to be irrelevant as you’ll never know the actual value that Crypto.com will use to buy or sell your crypto.
A good example of this is how BTC is listed right now on Crypto.com for $26,459.66 but Coinbase is it at $27,768.79. Or Shib for example that’s listed on Crypto.com for .[protected] but on coin market cap it’s .[protected].
As such I’ve watched the target price hit the amount I have set up multiple times on Crypto.com, it even did so again today spending a whole hour at about 5% above the target sale price.
I asked customer service why it didn’t post my open target price sale and their response was that “on the track page you see an average price and the fiat value. It is different from the actual buy/sell prices”.
So to summarize they don’t report the actual values of crypto’s listed on crypto.com it is purposefully scaled for you to assume that you’re making more while they deduct however much of the transaction difference for themselves.
I had done the card upgrade for $400 back in 2020 only to watch my investment turn into $42.42 and to make it worse they’ve done away with nearly all the card features I signed on for.
They did away with the Spotify reimbursement restricting it to their upper class 40k investors. They significantly lowered the staking rewards for the Ruby card and they even halfed the card’s benefit of CRO for every purchase from 2% to 1%.
They even added a 1% charge to reloading their Debit Card. A massive departure from their brands mission to be “concise and articulate, putting effort into making things simple and easy to understand”.
There’s nothing that benefits the customers by removing the very features that got them on board, it’s all designed to make the executives more money while the hard working folks who took a chance on crypto loose more than they had put in, I strongly suggest putting your finances into another exchange.
Between pulling out from what made them so popular and the lack of transparent reporting I can’t in good confidence recommend the Crypto.com service for much of anything. I sadly still use the Ruby card to make frivolous purchases hoping that one day they’ll do something to revive morale.
HotBit ALWAYS buy/sells at the target price, there’s no “this may or may not be the true value” nonsense. Coinbase let’s you choose a popular crypto to earn .5% every 30 days.
If I were to recommend anything for the folks out there it would be to manually manage your crypto using apps that are transparent in their reporting and business practices. I’m sorry CRO. I wish there could be more good things to say about y’all.
I was all about Crytpo.Com then…
I’m going to start with the good, but the bad far outweighs the good so I still have to go 1 star unfortunately. I am not someone who leaves reviews, even if something disappoints me, I just move on to the next thing, I’m running 3 businesses and usually cut the losses, and waste no additional time on things that are unsatisfactory.
The good : The app works perfectly, setup, purchasing, and selling are all amazing !
The bad/very bad : The protection and safety to its users accounts. I slowly took my time investing a little here and little there, just to test out Cryptos platform. Invested around $[protected] into about 7 different tokens etc. After a few months I just took a break on investing and just wanted to watch the market - watch my investments grow - which they were all doing great ! I even had the crypto debit card. I decided to use my crypto debit card for the first time at a store Only to find out the payment was declined :/
I log into the Crypto app and my account balance is ZERO. I had just looked at it a couple hours prior, and it was fine. Evidently someone figured out how to get into my account, or more realistically, something on their end allowed it (hmmmm) - I am always updating passwords and security questions every few months. Within 30 mins they were able to convert all my cryptos into Bitcoin, then charged my bank account as much as they could buying more Bitcoin - then sent it to their personal wallet. I immediately get ahold of crypto support and send them all the info, including all the transaction screen shots and my bank statements etc.
After having to argue with them for almost two hours about placing a hold or stop payment on the Bitcoin transfers (because it was fraudulently transferred), they just continued to tell me it’s not their problem and they would do NOTHING to help me. I even sent them the wallet address that my money was being sent to, it takes 24 or more hours for Bitcoin to go through, and they would not act in a timely fashion while we had the opportunity.
The conversation ended with all my money stolen, and them saying they won’t do anything about it. Which is crazy with the overwhelming amount of proof I submitted to them - funny thing was they kept asking me to submit more and more things as if they were searching for a loophole to tell me it was my fault, but when that failed they simply stuck to (it’s not their problem)
Hey crypto.Com, maybe save money and don’t even employ a security team. They evidentially have no authority or power to help your customers. I feel bad saying this, but they way they handled this issue made me feel like it was a inside job. I screen capped all the messages from their conversation with me - I’m tempted to post it on YouTube ! Over $5k lost forever from theft, crypto.Com was the worst crypto experience I’ve had in my decade of token trading :(
DO NOT GET SCAMMED ON FEES!
Do not be duped by an official looking nice app etc. Under the hood are outrageously insane fees. You get 30 days free then your trapped and the fees are so high you can’t get your money out because it would kill your profit to sell. They upcharge network fees so something that might be pennies is ten or hundreds of dollars. I was so happy at first until I realized they kill you on fees to buy and sell and to swap and to transfer to your wallet. Upcharge gas fees you name it. Please go somewhere else and heed this warning. I could go on and on. Even just the buy/sell fees are three to six times higher than others. Save your hard earned cash you deserve it! Edit: Yes you do charge fees: for example it wants .3 quant to move it to the wallet. Current price is $313. That’s 90 some dollars just to move to the wallet. It’s a fixed withdraw fee. That’s the problem, your fees are fixed. As the asset goes up in price your fees become more and more outlandish. After a long extensive talk with your support staff, they don’t care and can’t help and won’t let me speak to someone else. Not only do you charge the insane flat fees but your sell fees are insane and it never changes. I thought it would be 2.99% to sell my asset because it says 2.99% on your site. Everytime I try to cash out shib or another one to usdt or something similar it takes 10 plus percent any day any night. I was a happy customer until I started researching and finding out your the worst option out there. I did my homework, compared, wished I knew before hand.Edit:Might as well put all my problems out there to show everyone what they are in for. 1. Again flat fees for withdraw cause astronomical price increases as the asset price goes up so you pay insane amounts to try and move to your wallet to protect your money. 2. 2.99% sell fee higher by far than everyone else. But that’s not true. When you go to sell to fiat or tether etc it’s always 10%. It does not change depending on network traffic. So if you have 5000 in shib and try and take it out they are going to charge you at minimum 500 most of the time more like 6-700. 3. The prices displayed on their charts are off compared to any other app. Doing screen comparison will show a difference everytime. 4. The network keeps glitching showing wild price increases and decreases. I chatted with others and they sold because of their faulty algorithm or network and this caused a lot of lost profits etc. Reached out to support and they won’t refund your money because of THEIR issue. 5. Never got my credit card from them. 6. Can only withdraw to fiat with Plaid which my bank doesn’t use. No display of other withdraw options if there supposedly are any. 7. Support copy’s and pastes articles from their website when you try and get help. 8. You cannot speak to anyone in charge of anything other than support. They told me I cannot contact anyone else other than them….
Absolutely horrible customer service. App doesn't work right
Short version: customer service cheated me and my friend out of referral bonus and then politely called me a liar when I tried to resolve the issue. I got a referral link from a friend in early December. I used this referral link to sign up. I was VERY CAREFUL about this as I want to ensure my friends get their bonuses when they recommend me stuff. We were both supposed to get $25 if I then staked for a card. About 10 days after sign up I went ahead and did so for the ruby card as a test to see how I liked things. Process was not straightforward but it was successful. Couldn't figure out how to hook up my bank to actually add any money though, it kept telling me creating a fiat wallet was successful but then wouldn't give me any information to access it, just a button to create it (again). Good thing though because I will never give them any more of my money after what happened next. I noticed I had not received any bonus for the referral, and could not find anything about it in the interface, so I contacted customer service. Well, customer service claims I didn't put a referral code in when I signed up and refuses to do anything about it. I talked to three different people and all refuse. I am positive I did, and I am sure the website indicated it was accepted, but because I don't have any proof, they won't do anything. ("Well, if you have a screenshot showing it maybe we can...") I have a screenshot showing my friend's referral code from the night before I signed up, but who takes screenshots of confirmation screens when signing up for a service? "The code wasn't used within 5 days so we won't do anything. We CAN but we WON'T." I'm telling you the code WAS used. I didn't lie about it to scam you out of $25. If I can't trust you to handle me respectfully and fix problems over $25, how could I possibly trust you with thousands of dollars or more? Not going to happen. Too bad, I really wanted to like this app and service. Oh yeah and I can't make a withdrawal or get a refund either because I had to stake in order to get to the point where I found out the referral was messed up. "Sorry, too bad". Don't you guys know not making a customer unhappy is worth way more, FINANCIALLY, than being petty about your $25 bonus? Apparently not. Update: dev reached out to me to "look into it". I emailed them. The reply again asserts that I didn't use a code on my account. I DID use the code, something went wrong in it registering properly, customer service doesn't care and continues to call me a liar by saying "no code was used". That's 4 representatives that have called me a liar now. Take your business elsewhere. Crypto.com sure doesn't give any two cares about their customers.
Edit: make that 5. "We don't have any proof." Apparently it's more important to punish anyone who didn't manage to do the referral program exactly right and protect the company's interests over $50 than it is to actually help someone who did put in a referral code and have it go wrong. For the record, if someone *forgotto do a referral, they should still get help with that, especially in the first couple weeks of their account! But no, crypto.com would rather pay people for hours of arguing with me and calling me a liar.
Don't trust these people with your money.
You can’t afford to not use this app. Downright useful
THIS IS A FULL REVIEW BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE, with some comparison.
I started trading crypto on exchanges about 5 years back with Coinbase. I find their app to be less clunky and more appealing, but I thoroughly enjoy and MOSTLY prefer the benefits and services provided by Crypto.com. I use both apps lately since transactions post quickly between my accounts on the two exchanges, and both apps offer key benefits that the other app doesn’t.
That being said, you could say my 5 star rating is more for the company than the app. The app is not the most intuitive among exchanges I believe, but is truly easy enough to get the hang of with some effort. Sometimes there are performance issues, quite frankly a bit more often than any other financial app I’ve owned.
I absolutely love the descriptions and direct links provided to projects when viewing their info section under the coin “Track” section of the Crypto.com app. However, the 8 hour price chart minimum and 6 month maximum display range has me going back to the Coinbase app. Coinbase can do 1 hour to 1 year, but doesn’t have an 8 hour. When these two can’t cover what information I need to make a trade, I visit coinmarketcap.com or coingecko.com. I digress. Anyways, the other fact that both exchanges list different coin trading options and bank transfer methods keeps me switching between them.
There are opportunities to earn “free” crypto on both apps. Coinbase requires some time and attention to become educated about the coin, then rewards you around $3-$10 for each available coin lesson. Worth checking out, since all of my free coin has valued up to a few hundred thanks to recent market performance. Crypto.com offers trading competitions typically requiring you to make trades, and winning money is the goal. Two different styles for sure, and I prefer the non-capital way of Coinbase. I am still reluctant to try Crypto.com’s competitions.
If I had to chose one app, I’d stick with Crypto.com. My CRO Stake from starting out 5 months ago has doubled in value, and I’ve been enjoying the 3% cash back card rewards and essentially free Netflix and Spotify (Jade Green anyone?). With the app’s “Earn” feature, I’ve being getting 12%p.a. on my stable coin paid weekly. You can’t beat that, or the 3 month maximum lock in.
Have $10,000 in stable coin? That’s $1200 a year.
$100,000? How’s $12,000 for ya.
And you only have to pay taxes WHEN YOU SELL since you’re paid your interest in the same coin, stable or not! Want to spend that weekly? Go ahead, since it’s basically residual income and the app makes it easy to convert to fiat. Load that directly onto your card instantly on the app (or send it the slow way to your bank).
This is why I say no one can afford to not use this app. You can make high interest with essentially no risk, or you can take on risk and invest in the future of finance. Maybe just have residual income income so you can work less and enjoy life more. Maybe save the interest and sell it all 40 years from now so it basically acts as another IRA? Almost endless possibilities. While the app isn’t perfect, this app financially is a no brainer.
P.S. It took less than 2 weeks to receive my card. I’m also pleased with all interaction I’ve had with customer service as they have been pleasant and concise. However, I wish their customer service contact options become more robust.
No privacy, no I ain't send ss, ID, selfie and address
Never listen to anyone who tells you not to listen to the negativity. Oh, and if it's the top review, then maybe listen to the negativity more because it's pretty likely that the app developer got all their employees to upvote that overly positive review that has more positive influence than 5 starts by being seemingly the most helpful review that just so happens to convince you to dismiss all criticism. Probably written by an employee or dev or was paid or something too.
Stop leaving more than 1 star reviews for things you don’t like! I see SO many 3-5 star reviews that clearly aren't recommending the app. If you have a problem rate it one star ALWAYS, it's the only way they see it. Below is my rationale and counterargument to the collection of: Phone numbers, addresses, ID, social security, and SELFIES THAT SCAN YOUR FACE. NO WAYYY
Did you forget the point of CRYPTO currencies!? How can you literally be called CRYPTO.COM AND ASK FOR LITERALLY SO MUCH INFORMATION THAT WILL ENTIRELY GIVE AWAY YOUR FULL IDENTITY FOR TRACKING OR FRAUD OR ITENTITY THEFT OR WHATEVER! You wanna protect against fraud and money laundering..? What? Then let people keep their privacy . If they end up getting charged then they won't get their coins anyway. I don’t understand how Coinbase and Robinhood can do it but you can't. Extremely disappointing. I mean at least just have us give you our email and that's it. Don't even ask for our phone number that's ridiculous.
Don’t even get me started on the face scan, I couldn't think of anything more infringing on privacy and security than that. You know what they're doing right? They want to create a database of everyone's faces when this becomes the global currency. They'll be able to track you everywhere, through everything you buy and look at, and make insane networks of information based economies with these coins. They will do this across the world. China and Russia will inevitably have everything about you soon, if they don’t already. I'm sure y'all have heard about I think it's Amazon face scan or something, yea... watch what happens when Amazon starts fully accepting cryptos and engaging in this market, the de-anthropomorphization of us people will become terror.
Why do you need my phone number? Security? Security of who? You? Because that makes no sense at all how would someone compromise anything if they didn't have a phone or didn't give you the number?
But lastly, is it for my safety? First off, thats literally so ironic I can't tell if this is all a joke or fairy tale upside down cake land. If you have my number that makes it extremely easy for a security breach to compromise everyone.
"Ohh I got a link from the same crypto.com number that previously sent my code! It's legit looks like they changed the rules and need me to go here and confirm I agree to them, they wanna confirm through numbers now to make sure it wasn't a burner when I signed up"
And BAM everyone's phone hacked and market crashes.
BUT even IF that didn't happen, or wouldn't or whatever, if I don’t want to give you my number, that's my choice. You don’t just tell people what to do with their own information "for their own good". I can handle myself and I don’t need you to make the decision for me. It's for my safer phhfft I AM my own safety! And MANY others feel the same way.
Yea here's the crazy dude reviewing an app with like 4 paragraphs (really not that long if you read though). This stuff is actually important and easily provable if you just do your research into legit verifiable sources. The system is changing let's just hope there's still some actual flesh and bone on the other side.
Warning: Can’t handle high volume days/incompetent customer service/Scam sign up bonuses
Part of the intro offer to crypto.com app is $25 in their coin CRO that they say will be unlocked once you’ve staked $400 worth of CRO. I could be making up to 13% APY if I had staked it with a validador on a Defi app or been able to sell those coins prior to the market crashing and then buying back in at 20%-30% less. The only way to trade in the app on high volume days is by selling one for Stablecoins and then using that money to buy a different coin, which obviously is an awful investment strategy when every coin is crashing. So that $400 would have been extremely beneficial considering you can’t add money to your account on high volume days. Additionally, part of the sign up deal, and one of the reasons I decided to check the app out, was 30 days of 0% transaction fees before their 2.99% transaction fee kicks in. Unfortunately for me, I was unable to add any money to my account or buy any crypto. The days always “coincidently” always were on days where there were big moves in the crypto market, which made it impossible for me to buy low or sell high, which resulted in an obvious financial loss both by $ loss but also future profits diminished as I was unable to buy coins as they lost up to 30% of their value, which most have since regained. When I reached out to customer service, they said my bank was declining the transactions so I used another bank account to see if that was the case, which it wasn’t. I called both banks and they said it’s the merchant (crypto.con) that is declining them. They continued to blame the two separate banks despite me telling them this. Moreover, once it was clear that I wasn’t going to let the issue go until I got a straight answer, which was; “Are my transactions being declined because this platform can’t handle days with high volume?” They then proceeded to say that perhaps I have “insufficient” funds, which was incredibly incompetent as I can clearly see the amount of money in my bank account. Unable to come up with any more excuses not to admit that crypto.con can’t handle that high of volume, he “referred my concern to the relevant team.” They sent me a message with basically the same excuses the other customer service agent had. Did he answer the question about the apps ability to handle high volume? No. All he said about that was “Due to increased interest, we have experienced higher volume than usual.” Really?!? No sht. My question was can the platform handle it. His response is a clear NO. Furthermore, he thanked me for my patience as I had waited 3 days for a response and then closed the conversation 30 MINUTES later so there was no way for me to follow up. I guess that’s a good way out of answering whether crypto.con is equipped to handle high volume days (The answer is: No). Whether you’re an experienced or novice investor, it’s clear the consequences of a platform not allowing you to make $ transactions on high volume days can be financially devastating both in the short and long term. There are some nice things about the app. It easy to use and has some attractive reward programs. However, seeing as I staked $400 worth of CRO a week ago and still haven’t received any of the minimal benefits that came with that card upgrade. The sign up bonus is still locked on my account as well so don’t get to excited about that. It’s an easy app to use but should spend less money on advertising and more on ways to handle high volume trading days. Maybe hire some better customer service agents as well. The advertising will get people to sign up for the app. These issues will make those the worst investments this company has made because no one gives a f-ck about Matt Damon when they’re losing money due to the apps failures.

Disappointing Crypto App: Misleading Prices and Fees, Consider Binance Instead
This app is not good. I don't get it, it's all wrong. They just want our money. When you try to sell, they give you a low price. When you try to buy, they make it more expensive than the real market exchange. They always charge you when you sell crypto currency, but other apps don't. We need to say something about it.
I'm thinking about leaving crypto and going to Binance. They're much better. They have real buy/sell prices without any lies.
Crypto.com's Terrible Customer Service and Delayed Withdrawals Defeat the Purpose of Cryptocurrency
Crypto.com is not a good place to do anything. Their customer service is terrible. I left a bad review and now they won't release my withdrawal. It's crazy! These delays and setups for the crypto space defeat the purpose of Satoshis. What happened to trustless transactions, speed, and anonymity? These are the things that make up the crypto space! It's just like another bank. No! They still won't respond or release my withdrawal because of this review. It's insane!

Mixed Experience with Crypto.com: Solid App, Poor Customer Support
I gotta say, I had a pretty decent experience with Crypto.com. I was able to buy and sell my crypto with ease, and the app was pretty user-friendly. However, things took a turn for the worse when I tried to withdraw my funds. I received an email saying that my account was blocked and that I needed to send in some additional documents. I did as they asked, but unfortunately, they kept asking for more and more documents. It was frustrating, to say the least.
I tried reaching out to their customer support team, but they stopped responding to my emails. I started to get worried that I had been scammed. That's when I stumbled upon d?g?t?lcr?m?p?l?, ?m. They were able to help me get my funds back, and I couldn't be more grateful.
Overall, I think Crypto.com has some work to do when it comes to their customer support. It's important to be able to trust the platform you're using to buy and sell crypto, and I felt like my trust was betrayed when they stopped responding to my emails. However, I do think that the app itself is pretty solid, and I would consider using it again in the future.
Beware of Crypto.com: My Frustrating Experience with Withdrawing Funds
Crypto.com is a company that I recently had a bad experience with. I invested my money with them, but when I needed to withdraw it, I was unable to do so at my own convenience. They asked me to pay more money before I could withdraw, which was frustrating. I ended up paying due to my initial deposit, but they continued to ask for more money until I realized they were just trying to fool me. Luckily, a friend introduced me to another platform, https://bit.ly/3VrAsg3, which helped me recover every penny of my money.
Overall, my experience with Crypto.com was not a positive one. I found it difficult to withdraw my funds and felt like I was being taken advantage of. However, I am grateful that I was able to recover my money with the help of another platform. I would caution others to be careful when investing with Crypto.com and to do their research before making any decisions.
Stay Away from Crypto.com: Outrageous Fees, Scamming Tactics, and Useless Customer Service
Crypto.com is a platform that I would not recommend to anyone. They always seem to be trying to scam you out of your money. The fees they charge are outrageous and they always seem to give you a price that is way below what you would get on any other platform. Their customer service is useless and they always say that the price fluctuates. I was going to sell my AXS on Crypto.com and the sale price they quoted me was $17.57, while on Kraken and FTX, the price was $18.13 at the same time. I checked and the last time the price was at $17.57 was 3 to 4 hours ago. I am going to transfer my funds to another platform at any cost just to get away from Crypto.com. This seems to be their norm and I would not recommend anyone to use their services.
Disappointed with Crypto.com: Locked Account and Falling Cryptocurrency Value
So, I gotta say, I was pretty excited to try out Crypto.com. I mean, they seemed like a pretty cool company, you know? And even though I saw some bad reviews, I decided to give them a chance anyway.
And at first, everything seemed to be going pretty well. I was able to open my account without any problems, and I even deposited some "test" money just to see how everything worked. And let me tell you, it was pretty smooth sailing.
But then, I decided to do a real transaction and deposit a more substantial amount. And that's when things started to go downhill. They locked my account, and it's been like that for a while now. I've heard that some people have been waiting for over 30 days just to get their accounts unlocked. And that's not even the worst part.
You see, the value of these cryptocurrencies has been falling lately. And if they don't unlock my account soon, I'm going to be out a lot of money. And I don't think they're going to be willing to bear that loss.
So, all in all, I'm pretty disappointed with Crypto.com. I mean, they seemed like they were going to be great, but now I'm not so sure. I just hope they can resolve this issue soon, or else I'm going to be in some serious trouble.
Disappointing Experience with Crypto.com: My Journey to Recover Funds with Stellar-trace.com
I suggest you reach out to them.
Crypto.com is a platform that allows you to buy, sell, and trade cryptocurrencies. I was excited to try it out, but unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. I had trouble withdrawing my funds and it took me six months to finally get my money back. It was a frustrating and stressful experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to go through.
I tried everything I could to get my money back, but it seemed like the platform was not willing to cooperate. I was at my wit's end and didn't know what to do. That's when a friend recommended Stellar-trace.com to me. They were able to help me get my money back and I couldn't be more grateful.
If you find yourself in a similar situation, I suggest you reach out to Stellar-trace.com. They are a reliable company that can help you with any wallet issues or withdrawal problems you may have. Don't go through the same ordeal I did, seek help and get your money back.
Overall, my experience with Crypto.com was disappointing, but I'm glad I was able to get my money back with the help of Stellar-trace.com. I hope the platform can improve their services and make it easier for users to withdraw their funds in the future.
Review: Crypto.com - A Reliable Platform for Cryptocurrency Trading and Earning Passive Income
Crypto.com is a great platform for buying and selling cryptocurrency. I've been using it for a few months now and I'm really impressed with how easy it is to use. The interface is simple and straightforward, which is great for someone like me who is new to the world of cryptocurrency.
One thing I really like about Crypto.com is the variety of cryptocurrencies available for trading. They have all the major coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin, as well as some lesser-known coins that I've been interested in exploring.
Another great feature of Crypto.com is the ability to earn interest on your cryptocurrency holdings. I've been staking some of my coins and earning a decent return on my investment. It's a nice way to earn some passive income while holding onto my coins.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Crypto.com to anyone looking to get into cryptocurrency trading. It's a reliable platform with a lot of great features. Just be sure to do your own research and invest wisely, as with any investment there is always some risk involved.
Warning: My Experience with Crypto.com Was a Nightmare
I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Crypto.com. I mean, don't get me wrong, the platform itself is pretty cool. But the company behind it? Not so much.
I've heard a lot of horror stories about people's accounts getting closed for no reason, or not being able to withdraw their money. And honestly, I'm not surprised. I mean, just look at the way they treat their customers! It's like they don't care about us at all.
Personally, I had my account locked and closed with over $11,000 in it. And when I asked for an explanation, they just gave me a bunch of excuses and claimed they had the right to do it. It was like they didn't even care that they were stealing my money!
Luckily, I was able to get my money out before they could do any more damage. But I know a lot of people who weren't so lucky. That's why I recommend checking out Spirassp and Crypto Scam Defense (CSD) if you've had any issues with Crypto.com. They're doing some great work helping people recover from this kind of day light robbery.
Overall, I'd say be careful with Crypto.com. Sure, the platform might seem cool at first, but you never know when they're going to turn on you. So if you're thinking about using it, just be prepared for the worst.
Review: Crypto.com - Concerns with Customer Service and Transparency
Crypto.com is a platform that has been causing quite a stir in the crypto world lately. However, there are some concerns that need to be addressed. Firstly, their customer service is not up to par. They tend to give excuses that are not helpful at all, and it seems like they don't care about their customers. It's all for show, and when you email them, they will not be helpful and just make up excuses.
Another issue is that this exchange is the most expensive out of all of them. The order books are stupidly misleading, and you are better off selling on an exchange with honest prices and a transparent order book. The fact that nothing is transparent gives them the ability to make hundreds of lame excuses to justify their scam.
It's important to be aware of the responses you see from Crypto.com because, in reality, they don't give a $#*!. They are misleading af and will always have an excuse no matter how stupid or false it may be. It's essential to be cautious when dealing with this platform and to do your research before investing any money.
In conclusion, Crypto.com has some issues that need to be addressed. Their customer service needs to be improved, and their prices need to be more transparent. It's important to be cautious when dealing with this platform and to do your research before investing any money.
Do not use this app. They will steal your money and tell you. They can't help you look at their customer service rating. Worst app ever, you will lose your money. I guarantee it.
I was scammed by the company but i was able to recover the money back with the help of GUrU ReacoVery agency •com.com a certified binary options recovery expert
Caution! Scam! Don’t Put Your Hard Earned Money in This Platform!
I opened an account on this platform a while ago, thought that I would put money slowly over time to be a long term crypto holder. But I was unaware about crypto delisting game and the trouble afterwards. I bought about 2800 amp a while ago in a higher price. Later the value went down significantly. I was holding it for a long term, so I didn’t care. But one day when I was trying to dollar cost average this, came to know that this is not supported in this platform anymore because it has been delisted. Moreover, I can’t even sell it or convert it to another currency which is supported here. The only thing that I can do is transfer to an external wallet. Okay, let’s do it. But wait, they don’t allow you to transfer unless you have 4200 amp. After a lot of talking back and forth with the customer care and spending a lot of time, surprisingly customer care let me know that the transfer fee would be 2100 amp and they would do that at their end. Think about it, I have 2800 amp, significantly lost their value, they are asking for a transfer fee of 2100 amp! What would I left with? 700 amp! Haven’t I just lost all my money that I put on amp in this platform? I got scared on this situation and sold all my other coins and moved the money to my bank account before they delist another coin. Later I bought back the coins in my Webull account. They at least let you close your position without any fee or any trouble if they delist any coin. So, my recommendation would be move from this platform as soon as you can. They don’t charge fees for buying or selling but think about it, how much money they make every time they delist a coin and how much trouble the customers suffer!

If I could give them 0 stars I would
I am currently in the middle of a fraud case with this company. My Coinbase account was hacked this week and that resulted to funds being withdrawn from my bank account fraudulently. Thank goodness banks are more understanding as I was able to place a hold on my account as well as stop payments on all transactions that were fraudulently taken from my account. This also resulted to me opening a new bank account. The other downside to this story is that the hackers were able to hack my Crypto.com account by transferring out the money I was investing and transferred it to some sort of blockchain based type of crypto currency website. My issue is that the fraud department for Crypto.com has been a complete and utterly nightmare. They are not working to resolve my matter and my account still shows a 0 balance. I will never trade through this site again. I will take fault for me not setting up the 2-step Authenticator that would have provided that extra security on my account, but if I am providing all the necessary information and screenshots and selfies to prove that I didn’t authorize the transactions, why hasn’t my money been placed back into my account. I wouldn’t recommend this crypto currency site as a way to purchase and sell as they do not back the customer if your account is hacked.
Update: this incompetent company stated that they will not refund me my money that was fraudulently taken out of my account and transferred over to some blockchair website. They do not protect their customers and I highly suggest you all not invest with them. If I could put up the screenshots of my chats with Ken, Elena and the others I would. This company isn’t a freaking scam!

Horrible experience
Downloaded this so I could purchase Vechain (VET), since it’s not available on Coinbase (which I already have).
First, the validation process, which was supposed to take 2-3 days, took a week, but that’s only a minor issue.
After validation, I set up the account and app settings, which went fine.
However, when I attempted to buy VET, it would “time out “ before it completed the purchase, even though I responded quickly to the validation code from my credit card company. I tried this at least 4-5 times, with the same results.
Later, I signed out of the app, since I normally don’t like to have a bunch of apps running in the background. When I tried to log back in, it supposedly sent a “magic link “ confirmation email, which I never received. And the 20 or so additional attempts to login have resulted in the same issue of not receiving emails.
I looked in the Spam and Junk Mail folders, and even tried to add Crypto.com and several of their email addresses to my Contacts list to see if that would help, but I’m still not able to receive the login confirmation email. I also uninstalled the app, and installed it again, but that also didn’t help.
Interestingly, I am able to receive promotional and informational emails from Crypto.com, but not the magic link emails required for login.
When I tried to reply to the email address on one of these emails, it said that the email address was invalid. I also tried to text, but got a list of help topics instead of an actual reply.
In the meantime, the price of VET has increased from .025 to .036, so that’s a44% increase I’ve missed out on.
I have never had any problem with any other crypto purchase, but this is simply unacceptable.

More cons than pros
Pros -
Ease of Use:
Platform is easy to use to buy, sell, and move money between wallets.
Crypto Availability:
They have a handful of crypto you can trade/buy.
Cons -
Customer Service is incomparably terrible:
Do not get in a situation whereby you need help from CS; they will waste your time. Round and round they’ll send you until your issue finally gets parked by some bot. Several times I tried to resolve an international fee issue - no response/resolution till date.
Buy/Sell Limits:
Seriously, it’s the 21st century...who comes out with a trading app that doesn’t have the smallest support for limit buy or sell? The only way your target price is hit on here if you do it manually. Good luck with that!
Crypto Availability:
Too many cryptos listed, but most are not available to buy. Not sure what the logic there is, but, it’s a bit confusing if you peruse the list they have before joining the platform, but then after joining, find out not all that is listed is available to buy. Surprise!
Easy of adding payment platforms:
Sigh. Buy with a credit/card, get charged international fee versus go via Wire/ACH. The options here are limited. Considering there is a US institution where I can wire fiat to to buy directly with that, there should be an easier way to directly add my bank account so I can easily and instantly start buying with fiat.
Free 30 day crypto trading?:
You are told you can trade freely for the first 30 days of joining using your Bank cards to purchase for no fee. Nope. Not the case for me. Every single bank card transaction was charged international fee. To make it worse, customer service never responded back nor tried to fix the issue. Well done!

1star
Was a good app to learn on at first as I became wise I realized a whole bunch of money shorting going on in trades. At first was told all exchanges do this. So it’s okay to be a thief because everyone else is. Then I was told it’s because when buying and selling it’s a market order and sold for that price. Yes I understand that so went about it until a few days ago. I bought a token that was gaining like crazy total I paid with bank card 101$ then realized I bought the wrong 1. So went to sell it thinking I would lose a few buck was I wrong. After playing with it for 15 minutes to see if the MARKET PRICE would come back nope 10 secs after I paid a bill for it they offered 64$ the excuse this time was the book depth for that moment I was trying to sell dropped. Funny thing is the coin was around 82cents each when I bought it they charged me right at a buck each. The price on 3 different charts and the book depths never even went over 83cent including the crypto.com app chart. Needless to say they stole from me in both the buy and sell. So I pull my tax paperwork and from July to Jan 2022 I lost over 9 grand from this app alone. Run far as you can. They will be getting investigated for this. Everyone should watch your transaction and when the time comes you will know when release the documents to the correct people. Say I’m spreading FuD all you want but you know I documented the last 2 months on the app screenshots even videotape transactions with other charts up. Okay giving to much info away. I did love this app and still do love it but I can’t stand a thief and really can’t stand a lying thief. Not sure if it’s your app or your employees but get a handle on it asap all I got to say.

Don’t know how they go about thinking it’s ok
They advertise as buy/sell crypto at true cost but I just sold my stake in DOGE(only had $300 worth) but after all said and done I’m sitting on $289?! So they charge me $11 for one sale because I exchanged it to fiat, but that’s not all. Even when I change crypto to crypto there’s a fee. Sometimes the exchange rate they give you which is posted on the screen before you finalize is way off of what the price is listed in their own app which can also be wildly different from screen to screen. Trying to find where the most up-to-date prices post at is a challenge but is probably most updated and real time on the individual in-depth crypto screen that shows only one cryptos’ info. Not very happy. Applied for a card back in November and still haven’t gotten it yet they say they reshaped it 3 times now but god knows what is really going on. Plus somehow the price of their own crypto seems to not go negative even though the price drops because they leave this little ‘$50’ of theirs in your account but you need to qualify for it by staking $5000 of fiat turned CRO(their own crypto coin)but I signed up for the app back in October when CRO was at like $.50 a coin and their $50 of CRO was floating g in my account waiting for me to ‘qualify’. Come present time the price of CRO is at $.15 and somehow the same amount of coin that’s been there the whole time baiting me is still worth $50. I find it very suspicious and not transparent at all with regulates to the fees that I’m being hit with. $11 bucks to convert $300 worth of DOGE to fiat. Straight rape. I’m done with these jokers and besides it’s nothing more than a big bank trying to get their claws into the crypto game don’t be fooled. After three months don’t try and day trade crypto in this app you’ll go broke from the fees

Beware! It always sells below market price!
I have used a few trading platforms and wanted one with more options as Cypto.com DOES have. I thought it would be perfect to hold / trade all my assets on one platform and centralize my trading. So after transferring a few of my holdings and messing around with the app I went to make my first trade.
I discovered the “rate” it was selling at was roughly 2.5 to 5% lower then the current market value. So I am a little disappointed in this as I spent money in transfer fees to get on this app but I am glad I saw through this scam. So they market that they have great fees, and they do. However, the real cost is not the fees it’s the fact that your getting scalped on every trade. I went through several coins and checked the sell price card the current price and it’s always less. I checked to see if it was a time thing, like perhaps the system is quoting from 10min ago, NO it’s just scalping you.
This platform is a scam go to Coinbase Pro or Binance save yourself the trouble. Kraken and a few others are cheaper so they might be worth a look as well depending on your trading strategy. There are many options out there, just DO NOT use this platform. I truly believe all it’s good reviews just don’t look at the exchange rates closely enough to see this issue. They are definitely scalping users wallets and then claiming to have lower fees than the competition.
It’s not even that great of a trading app it’s more of a banking app anyway. But either way here are better options out there. ***Feel free to download and verify my story, try to sell your coins and pay attention to the “rate”.
BTC example from last night:
The app says current value @ $58k
Crypto.com Rate to sell your coins at $57.3k
Tradingview Charts = current price @ $58.2k.
Verify my story you will be glad you did!

Be Aware of the Risk
Let me start off by saying that the app and sheer option of coins make this a very appealing app. The support chat features leaves some things to be desired but all of the members of the support team have been polite and tried their best to be helpful. With that being said here’s my recent experience as a mew user. I’m don’t intend to sway you one way or the other and I realize that I may be an isolated incident. Last month I wire transferred 5,000 USD following all of the directions outlined in the app including the required reference number. After 3 days the money was not there and I contacted support via the chat from within the app. Customer service was polite and got back to me in a fairly timely manner (considering the boom in popularity and large influx of recent customers). Originally they stated I didn’t provide the reference number, but upon sending them the wire receipt with reference number they said they would look into it. I didn’t hear back for a couple days so I reached out again. The apps support chat is set up in such a way that different employees will cycle through to pick up where the last employee left off. The new support member yet again claimed it must be a reference number problem and again I sent a copy of the wire receipt. I was told that my issue had been “escalated to the relevant team.” Again, no response for some time so I reached out for a status and was told me money would be refunded and to wait 7 days to see the funds back in my checking. It is now a month later and I still have no idea where my money is. I currently have a chat open again and will try to update this review with any resolutions to the matter. The app works well and has a lot of options, just be aware that support may not be timely as you would like it, especially with money on the line.

CRIMINAL ACTIVITY
Over the last two weeks Crypto.CON has stolen millions from their users. Please read before choosing this as your exchange. Here’s how: On May 12th: users who bought Luna when it crashed at its lowest had their trades “reversed”. My account alone had $110k reversed. However, the blockchain shows that these trades were real and executed. The blockchain also shows that NONE of this money was reversed back to Luna. Crypto.CON kept all of the transactional profits during the “glitch” they then shut down ACH transfers exchange wide for 1 hour as they moved the converted the money into Cronos. All verifiable through transaction block data. A few days before the screenshot for Luna 2.0 they completely locked all Luna accounts. No buying. Selling. Or withdrawals. Meaning, any user who invested in the exchange to be a part of the airdrop has all of their funds still currently frozen. It is now a full 24 hours after the screenshot. Luna classic has tanked over 60% and user accounts are still frozen. By the time they are available all investors will experience a minimum of another 80% loss on their money. Crypto.CON customer support team has said “they have the right to change the agreement on the airdrop with no repercussion and that our coins are safe” my coins are safe, but the value against them are not. THEY ARE BEING HELD HOSTAGE AS WE WATCH OUR MONEY BLEED OUT WITH NO WAY OF GETTING IT OFF THE EXCHANGE. Now the best part, the money they have locked in from us has been taken off the exchange. HOWEVER, they plan to calculate the amount of the current price of Luna classic and return the same amount of tokens to us that we had but at a lower value and taking the remaining liquidity from the time of the freeze as their own. THEY THINK WE CANT SEE HOW THEY ARE DOING THIS. YOU CANT HIDE ON THE BLOCKCHAIN. CRIMINALS.
