I moved my EOS wallet from Exodus to Coinzoom, expecting an instant transfer. However, it has been over 2 weeks and I still haven't received the deposited EOS in my account. I've tried reaching out to customer support multiple times, but all my efforts have been in vain. I've created several tickets, but Coinzoom has not responded within the promised 24-hour timeframe. Additionally, I was informed that I would receive a 10% discount on brokerage fees based on my investment level tier. Despite purchasing coins and depositing the required amount, I have yet to receive the promised one percentage discount.

On January 19th, I invested in Coinzoom to purchase some Bitcoins. I wanted to make a transaction and send it to a loved one. However, I was surprised to find out that I had to wait almost a month for any transactions to go through. Nowhere did they mention that they would hold my money for such a long time. Frustrated, I reached out to their customer service representative, who informed me that I couldn't get my money back until the designated time had passed. Determined to resolve this issue, I decided to file a dispute with my bank (PNC) in order to get my money refunded. Unfortunately, CoinZoom has not been responsive to any of the attempts made by my bank to secure a refund. To make matters worse, they have even blocked my account. Desperate for a solution, I contacted another representative, who informed me that I would have to wait until the dispute was cleared to get my money back. My bank has informed me that it could take up to 6 months for the dispute to be settled, and there is still a chance that I may not receive my money back.

I'm having trouble signing into the website. I can't create a support account either. I can't trade gyen or neo, and I can't send my usdc to an external account. Support sent me a message with suggestions, but nothing works. The app code and website code are bad, causing these problems. I can't even access the support ticket. I followed the steps to create a support account, but I keep getting an error during Captcha verification. It's just a checkbox that says "I am not a robot," and even though I check it, I still can't pass the error or register. I want my invested money returned. I don't want to do business with such a poor website and app where I can't even complete simple transactions. These guys should have tested their IT before going live.

The CoinZoom app claims to be a crypto purchasing app. So, I entered my info for the KYC requirements and social, all that stuff. But once I got into the app, it didn't work well at all. I didn't put any money in because their 2-factor authentication doesn't work. They want you to do a Zoom meeting just to get a QR code to secure your account. I don't have a Zoom account and I don't want to download one. That's not what other apps do. They just give you a keypass and QR code for your authenticator app. The support is also hard to reach and they won't delete accounts. I don't want to use this account and I asked them to delete it because without 2-factor authentication, I don't think my finances would be safe. But they won't delete my info. I have the right to have my social security number, ID, and info deleted from their database since I don't want to use their platform anyway. I need help because they think I'm joking, but I'm not. I want my info forcefully deleted from their database!

I made an account with CoinZoom on April 5th. I didn't do the verification thing because I didn't know what it meant, so I just kept using their service. I moved my crypto into my USDT wallet and moved it out a bunch of times. Then one day, my account got frozen and it said I had to register. So, I looked into it and did the registration thing by uploading my Driver's License. But it didn't work. The next day, I tried my passport, but that didn't work either. So now, I got $179.95 USD stuck in their account for more than 2 days. I opened a help ticket that day, but it took them 2 days to get back to me. Finally, they replied and said they need proof of where I live. I uploaded my lease agreement, but it's been 2 days and I haven't heard anything. It's been 5 days now and my money is still stuck in their account. I want them to give me my money back and let me move it to the wallet I have in my account. They don't even have a phone number for customer support and it takes them days to respond. This is not okay and it's not professional.
