You can add funds, cash or crypto, but when I tried to cash out, they approved the transaction, but withhold the funds, pending more information about where, when, why, and what my money is for.
I would contact support, bu there is no support. Their 'Help' is an automated list of questions and auto responses. There is no way to get any answers or talk to a real person. So the money is in limbo.
Totally unacceptable! Do not use this app.
