I've also been giving her funds to pass on to others in need. Suddenly, coins.ph imposed massive limits on her account, preventing her from withdrawing her funds. This has caused even more heartache for those in need. They are treating her like a drug lord, demanding all sorts of information while keeping her funds hostage. They don't seem to care about how their strict measures affect their customers. If they suspect her of money laundering, they should gather evidence before treating their customers like criminals. If they need information to verify legitimacy, they can ask for it without holding her funds hostage. She provided the requested information, but they replied with messages like, "It takes us 2 weeks to review the information." And then, they asked for more information. Meanwhile, the people I'm helping her support are struggling even more. This company seems to align with the new Communist Agenda pushed by the Government. I hope this opens the door for businesses that value their customers to come in and take away their market share. I don't recommend this company. They treat their customers like slaves and criminals.

You can add funds, cash or crypto, but when I tried to cash out, they approved the transaction, but withhold the funds, pending more information about where, when, why, and what my money is for.

I would contact support, bu there is no support. Their 'Help' is an automated list of questions and auto responses. There is no way to get any answers or talk to a real person. So the money is in limbo.

Totally unacceptable! Do not use this app.
