Fred Meyer - Discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to provide reasonable accommodation, failure to provide medical care for work related illness

Failure to abide by specific limitations by four doctors regarding my modified duty, continued harassment because of my work related injuries and illness. Also, failure of Sedgwick CMS to provide medical care even after a QME referred me to a pulmonologist. Failure to provide reasonable accommodation regarding disability, injuries and illness.
