I bought bottle of fragrance from the website www.fragrancex.com. I paid money through PayPal, but the company fooled me. The seller didn’t provide any info and I couldn’t track my order. I have no idea what measures to take now. I tried to reach the seller, but all my emails were returned back. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

I have order goods on november and I didnt received them, but they have charged me for them.When I try to contact them, they hang up on me and on my emails they told me to wait.How long should I wait, when its been 3 months and on the website they say it takes between 13 to 15 working days, Can you help me please.

I placed an order on the 28th May, its now the 26th June and I have not had it, I have emailed the company on several occasions and I have not had a response from them. I have lost over £50. which I cannot afford to lose. Do not use them.

This site is a scam. I didn't receive the product and never had a decent answer from customer service. Only ready made / evasive answers.

I made 2 orders in the July 2012 and until now not received and still talk that was delivered and who suffered from fraud, but did not inform the packing slip and do not want to chargeback me the value of $546.66.

Never buy from FragranceX.com cos you will never get anything!Thats what happened with me and I believe with many others!

perfumes ordered 29/11/2010 paid on-line Lloyd Bank debit card more money taken off card then agreed items not received emailed company several time told to wait said extra amount was customs. said items despatched in transite, should of taken 5 to 14 days to arrive

I have had the same problem... my product was supposedly shipped on 19th November yet I am still waiting. Have tried emailing several times only to get the same generic reply. So in the end I called, & was hung up on as soon as I said my product hadn't arrived. I eventually got to speak to someone after pressing a different menu option & was told that it would be held up in customs (for 2 months?!). Was told to just wait but it has now been nearly 3 months & I guess I just have to accept that I have lost my money.

I've been had by Fragernce x. I can't find an email address for them and my order hasn't arrived I've lost £60. Untill my bank insuance sorts me out with a refund. If a price looks to good to be true it probably is... BEWARE: DO NOT BUY FROM FRAGRANCE X
