4 oz 120mle Fine Cologne Spary
Purchashed at Kohl's1701 Hwy 22 Watchung NJ 3 4 0z of Paul Sabastian fine cologne spray I finally used up two bottles when I opened up the third
box the bottle was empty I brought it back to Kohl's they told me they no longer carry that brand I was pretty upset over that. So now I have an empty bottle of this cologne @ 30 something a bottle

Received half empty bottle of perfume
Order #[protected] received on 12/22/2021. The Rihanna Rebel Fleur Gift Set large bottle of perfume was half empty but still in gift box. Bottom of box had small stain. This is the second time I've received empty bottles.
A FULL replacement bottle would be nice. Photos sent in email.

This Company is a Scam
Actually, I would give them 0 stars. I was sent toilette when I purchased edp purfume. The fragrance (Jimmy Choo) smells like pure alcohol rub and extremely light in color. I have worn this fragrance many times purchased at department stores, therefore, I'm aware of the color and smell, and this is not it. I ordered 3.4 ml (2 purfumes); however, I received 3.3 ml. My order was not accurate and deceitful.
Since my return, the company is trying to give me a partial refund reporting that I didn't return Jimmy Choo. The purfume smells like pure alcohol rub, I wouldn't waste my money and keep that. All 3 fragrances were returned at the same time in the same box at my expense. This company is a scam, and I will never purchase anything from this merchant, again.
Delivery not complete
I ordered and paid for two bottles (2 x 100ml) of Michael Kors EDT. Today, DHL delivered only one bottle of perfume. The relevant order No was #[protected]. The tracking number with DHL was [protected].
Please let me know where the other 100ml bottle has gone and when I can expect delivery.

I have placed and order with FragranceX on the 13th September 2021.
Its the 10th October 2021 still nothing received. FragranceX just keeps on replying that I will receive it once Customs Clearance has been done which I think is utter bull.. I own an Imports Company, I Import goods from various countries, NONE of them takes this long at "Custom Clearance".. It's sad that they will take money but doesn't give any assistance afterwards, except for the same reply over and over saying That the goods will be delivered after customs.
I want a refund!

I ordered Curve Crush and went on vacation then upon returning I used this product.
It has no smell at all.
I had ordered from Fragrance.net many times in the past and they always had good perfume. Every time!
But this one I will never use again.

Hello, I made an order on 9th August 2021. The order has been damaged and returned to sender, never been delivered to me. I found this from DPD tracking service, on 17th of August. I have emailed costumer service twice, ticket no 1586815, and got unclear response. Once responded Jose on 27th and then Cidalia Dominguez on 30th. Se said that she doesn't understand my message, even if I have sent her a print screen with order number and tracking situation resulting that the order never get to me.
In this situation I just kindly ask to be refunded.

Absolutely terrible customer service.ordered perfume on the 29th of June only to be told that the courier couldn't deliver it which was 2 months later.I was told I would get a refund but customer service will not reply to any of my emails.They didn't even bother to tell me that it couldn't be delivered until I sent them about 20 emails.Fragrance x cannot be trusted.They are a terrible site to order from and the worst Customer service I've ever tried to deal with

I ordered perfume from FragranceX.com, when I phoned customer services to complain ( free service) I was on hold for 20 minutes and got charged £52 for phone call !
No delivery of order

Cannot get my order
Have been a loyal customer for many years. Placed an order as usual on 11 dec 2020, was charged and now 11 days later the order has not been shipped. I have sent emails and called for days and no one will answer phone or respond to my emails. This is the worst service ever! Has fragrancex gone to the dogs?
Guess I will have to file a fraud dispute to get my money returned then go to a new supplier.

When I bought the my fragrance, FragranceX quoted the price in Canadian dollars. I trusted them and gave my CC, but when they charged me, then I found writing in small letters that they'll charge my CC in US currencies.
For some reason, I don't want any charge in US dollars in my CC, that now it's. I'm simply ripped off.
I wanna FragranceX reverses it and charges my CC in Canadian dollars as they quoted the prices in Canadian dollars.
They need to have some sort of ethical conduct.
I got an email from them, from Joel, saying that as per US law they must charge me in US dollars. But still no answer why did they put the products in Canadian currency and said they will charge the cc in US dollars.
They said they will charge the cc in US currency, not in Canadian currency only after payment is done.
US laws protect the crooks and only super crooks make money in the world of crooks and pussy groper.
I did not receive my order, it has been more than one month and they refuse to refund me.
i never received the order and they refuse to refund me, now the order total is 300$ so you can understand my nervosism at this point. It has been more than a month, they tell me to contact usps, i did and they dont answer my emails, where am i going to find the right at this time? They tell me they made an investigation but never gave me any details or proof of delivery, basically they took my money never send my order and never refunded me .
