Florida Power & Light [FPL] review: Non customer service

-0. reps don't understand english. tried to complisn about no getting 6 difit verfication. no understood a word i said. awful!
phone system is automated hell. goes in circles.

They send me a bill every month, but i can't qccess my account! deplorable.
get usa reps!

finally someone called me back. no caller id no way to verify. the chat room was very loud. did not talk to the rep could not verfiy!

found corperate number reps not much better!
