I have recently applied for a mortgage, and received a copy of my current credit report. Since I was a victim of true-name-fraud, there were many accounts on the report that were not mine. Including one for a 99 ford explorer. I proceeded to call your customer service center so that I may receive a letter from your company stating that I have been erroneously reported. I spoke with 3 different customer service representatives. Each representative asked for my account number (the number was listed on my credit report).. I gave it to them, and they all told me the same thing. 'this is for a 99 ford explorer'. I proceeded to tell them that I do not.. And never have, owned a ford explorer. They asked for my social. So I gave it to them. Lo and behold, they tell me 'this isn't you on the account' (well, really.. I've been trying to tell you that) I asked for a letter stating what they had just told me. Unfortunatly, they cannot give account information to anybody but the account holder. (I was in possession of the account number). All I wanted was a piece of paper that cleared my name from a loan that wasn't even mine. I asked to speak to a manager. After a 5 minute screaming match, I finally yelled do you not possess the use of microsoft word?.. And hung up.

I had to file a police report, contact all three credit agencies, then hire a credit counseling service to get them to write a letter to the credit companies.

I feel disgusted. I have never, ever had a loan with these people. My credit is on the line, because they fail to check references. It's sad that somebody can go to a dealership and get a loan with my name and address and a different social number.

Thanks for nothing. You people are the worst business I have ever dealt with.

I have a new ford to go car. I have perched it at 11 november 2015 in ahemadnagar (Maharashtra) from your dealer. Now my vehicle in warranty period but your dealer is not cooperating me. Since one year I am waiting for rear window moulding rubber & other spares. I am totally disappointed about your service. My mobile no is-[protected].

I'm Miss Chong Siew Yin who has recently purchased a Ford Motor's product (Ford Focus ) which is still under warranty.

The engine light of my car started to turn on after I hav attended car service at ford service center and it cannot be fixed although I have attended the for about 6 times!

I hope I can get an explanation for this issue.

warranty work took 2 months long . Not all issues were addressed, charged for issues that clearly were under warranty.
called to address issues, yelled at by the president, told not to come back. Went back was taken into a room w/the pres & 2 men & talked over. No problem solved. I've reached out to to customer service to no avail.
This is wrong!

On July 0f 2016 the blower motor quit on me.

took truck for service at moses ford st. albans wv, told them left head light mounts were cracked, needed replaced, went to pickup was told ford denied coverage. if ford wants to lose future sales over 450.00 part so be it. US air had poor customer service and now they are out of business!

My vehicle was stolen hy Ford Barberton employees and nothing can be done seen as it is not a mechanicsl problem, how ridiculous. Will inform the media about this. Pathetic how this is allowed. Drinks spilled in my vehicle and driven around in the early mornings with over 3 hours idling. This is the kind of respect employees have for customers.

2016 Ford f150 - Keypad entry has factory code. Code has been stolen. Ford tells me code can not be changed. How is this possible? A code can not be changed in a computer? The Engineers are idiots. Wow - ah ever think this could be a security problem?

Constant problems with running boards. Close with door open. And stay open with door closed. Dangerous for handicapped wife and 2 year old child. Have been to the dealer 4 times for repairs. Case number is cas [protected].

The service was nothing like the service we have gotten in the past at Jim Olson Buick in the same city.

We have a 2011 Ford Fiesta with 56, 313 miles on it. We had to have the head gasket replaced which the mechanic said was very unusual for any car these days. The cost for this was $1, 276.24. This was not easy for us to come up with and we feel that Ford should be responsible for bad workmanship on this car.

A 4 YEAR OLD FORD FOCUS SHOULD NOT REQUIRE A NEW ENGINE WITH ANNUAL SERVICING FROM FORD DEALER - 12 MONTH GUARANTEE WHEN PURCHASED AS 2 YEAR OLD . Suspect leak in coolant system caused engine to disintegrate.

7/12/17- my car is having clutch issues, no local dealer in my area will even look at it because ford is SO behind on getting the parts, I asked politely for an escalation process, I was literally disconnected from the chat, I even have the transcript, it is a JOKE. No wonder there is a class action suit against them!

We recently purchase a 2016 Ford Explorere XLT. My wife drives to work and complained about a smell in the cabin. We took it to Ford dealer ship and they could not locate the issue. Now there is a report going out that exhaust could be leaking into the cabin. Will you please give us a direction. We love Ford but not to point of costing our lives!

Ford is not fixing the recall a year after the recall. The car is unsafe to drive and they don't address when they will fix it. How does a customer get assistance from Ford?

My car caught on fire one day after I picked it up from the Ford dealership after they had it for 2 months the fire started out in the engine and burn all the way to cluster their end piece in PCM was located at .

Why has ford not issued a recall to fix these sunroof issues on numerous models? i have been a loyal ford owner for 30 yrs and i am very disappointed in the way this issue has been handled

I was appalled to see a Ford service representative (Quick Lane) with a tattoo on her neck. Had I known Ford allowed such low class I wouldn't of bought a new Ford (2017 Edge). This will be the last Ford I buy and I won't give the dealership a good recommendation.

Never received a call form regional office as promised.

Vehicle in service department since 3 July 2018.

Ford Technical Support not resolving problem.

I leased a Ford Focus electric with the beige interior cloth seats. Through normal use, the seats got some food stains on them (mayo for example). It left a wet mark on the seat that was impossible to clean. I was charged $75 per seat when my lease ended. I think Ford should reconsider the type of cloth it uses for its seats.

Is very poor service and is not responsive about spare parts fitting or exchanging and there is no proper identification of problem in cars due to this we have 3 model cars of Ur company and we are fed up with this .Before we use to feel very proud as a ford family member pl.take care and help the customer in this regard .

I gave my car in harpreet ford gurgoan, accidental from front bounet, bumber, front windshield and minor damage in engine. Its more then 3.5 months they didn't gave me my gave they me date and then they said sorry there is some more work in your car, they give me 4-5 dates. And still they didn't respond properlly.

Always liked football now I'm having to give up on it. Always been a Ford guy, hope you don't persist on advertising there, it's bad for your image. If your an American company, I would hope you support America. The NFL is supporting anti-american ideology in the guise of racism. I think Ford is better than that.

Since you think more about your bottom line then your country by taking the easy way out by saying they have right to protest. You also have the right to pull your sponsorship and since your are not doing so the present Ford edge we own will be the last Ford we ever by as long as your sponsor the NFL

Your support of the disrespect of the American flag is a stupid move. I own a company that purchases many ford vehicles. I will think very long about purchasing another one. Sounds like its time to try a dodge.
Tell your PR department how good of a move they made on this one. sitting on the fence was wrong.

In my 2004 Escape my rear passenger wheel well has rusted out to the point that my strut mount is no longer attatched to my vehicle. Upon research a lot of models (especially those sold in northern U.S. states subjected to salt from icy road conditions) have had this issue yet ford has not issued a recall

I am a 55 year old man that has bought Ford's my entire life. That ended today when the Ford Motor Company decided to stand with unpatriotic NFL players who disrespect our country. Ford Motor Company should realize there a business not a political organization. Well now you can pay the political price congratulations on your decision.

A/C Fan blower/Compressor sounds like a helicopter. Ford says this is normal. It's extremely Loud though.

Purchased by order from Ford, a 2015 Ford Transit Connect wagon that came from the factory with tires rated at 91H. The door sticker states tires should be 95H. Want to know how or why Ford would install incorrect tires from the factory and how could they do this?

I am complaining about when my first payment is due. The TV commercial states first payment for 2018 truck purchase is January 2018. Financial person, Jose, says payment is due November 2017. We canceled the extended warranty within 14 days. We didn't receive a copy of signed form for proof of cancellation of the extended warranty.

I went in to Ford in Maple Shade NJ to get my routine oil change and complain about my steering being hard and shaking of my wheels when I speed up and slow down. I was told that they can't check for my problem due to it being the quick lane and I would have to go next door to make an appointment and pay for a diagnostic. I've been serving my car

I am still under warranty my rims I have 20, 000 miles my rims are 22 inches powder coated rims are discoloring All 4 for second time. They do not care about the customer I will never buy a Ford product ever in my life because they do not want to or backup their product.
